This sit on kayak was very popular with my 7 year old. The yellow version has a clip on back strap for comfort. Our 7 year old couldn't reach the foot rests so plenty of room to grow. Ok for adult to 130 lb. Our 4 year didn't have the coordination, but was happy to be towed. Their complaint was bottom got wet due to flow holes. Other than that it did not take on water. Given short length the line of travel shifts left with right stroke and right with left strok. This didn't trouble them and it zipped along. Light weight can be lifted by grandma. Stackable.

Bought this kayak for our five and eight year old grandchildren. They love it and were able to use it on their first try. Small enough to fit in our Ford Flex and very light in weight. The five year old was able to pull it up a hill by himself. Will be purchasing another one.

We have a 4year old that wanted her own kayak, we received so many compliments on it the 1st day out on the lake...i was very happy that it came with a pink paddle..just wish it came with a back support.. we ordered 1 but it doesn't fit as well as we would like. but all in all its just whanlt we wanted, not a bad price either.

Better than expected for a kayak at this price. Had to order the yellow as it is the only one that comes with a back rest. Back rest is not the greatest but will do. Paddle looks good. Cant wait for the weather to break to test them on water instead of our foyer:)

My wife and I bought one of these kayaks and then my dad bought another one and gave it to us for our kids (age 8 & 10) to learn on. The included paddle is decent and the kayak paddles, loads and unloads easily. We store our kayaks outdoors and encountered an issue with one of them where it appears some woodland critter gnawed at the drain plug, rendering it quite useless. When I contacted customer service they immediately offered to send me a replacement, which arrived about a week from my initial contact. Considering there was no charge and they even sent me two (though I think they are packaged that way) I have to say this was a very positive experience with their products and would definitely recommend them to others.

We bought 2 of these for our boys, ages 6 & 7. They are lightweight. The boys can get their own kayaks in and out of the water. They are easy to maneuver. The only negative thing was that both kayaks were delivered with deep scratches from Walmart shipping department and one was missing a plug. I called Lifetime and they are sending 2 plugs through the mail. The kayaks are under warranty for 5 years, so we opted not to send them back. The boys wanted to use them as soon as they got here and I didn't want to wait another week+ for others to be shipped.

Great little kayak for kids! My 6 yr old loved it. He figured out how to use it in minutes and was paddling all over the lake. My two year old liked to sit on it and jump off. Very stable well made kayak at a great price! Ordered another one for my daughter and I to use. Max weight is 130 lbs. I was able to paddle around on it. Very fun little kayak

We are a family who Kayaks. Last year my grandson got the green one for his birthday and he loves the independence of it so I bought this one as an early birthday gift for my granddaughter. She just went out over the week end on it in the Bay. She absolutely loves it. These are easy to carry, turn over if flipped and climb on and off of in the water. Plus Lifetime makes it so it will last.

I'm 18 and wanted to get a kayak that wasn't so over budget for me. Im 5'1 and around 115 lbs, and it works perfectly. It's light enough for me to carry and put it in a wagon to haul it to the beach. It's also easy to manuever, which is very nice since I don't have much upper body strength. I also fit in it perfectly :D There are little hand holds that are large enough to fit my hand, not too helpful when wet. It'd be better if that part had some rubber layer, but it's still pretty nice. I strongly recommend this kayak to small adults and kids under 125 lbs! :)

This kayak is great for 7-10yo kids. Both children were paddling within 10 minutes. They also enjoy the fact they can slide on from the back. It would be nice if a seat was offered as it could use one after a day of paddling. I tried to use it but weigh 150 and it submerged ( I think the max weight is 120 and that probably is true) Another bonus is that it fits in the back of our minivan without any special rack. It would easily fit in a hatchback with split seats.
