Too thin for steak

The meat cutter at the Conroe club cut 8 steaks the last time I purchased this item. The only problem with that is all but the very top steak was cut at an angle - thick on one side and thin on the other. I don't need this slick trick to make me think I am getting a great buy. It was still $45.00. Unevenly cut steaks cook unevenly on the grill. I would rather have 4 great steaks I can grill rather than 7 out of 8 I have to use other than grilling. Cut the steaks evenly please.

These aren't like the thicker ribeyes so what you have to do is sear them quickly on each side. I usually see them in bacon fat with crushed garlic and fresh mushrooms sliced and they are delicious that way. You only sear them about 2 minutes at Tops on each side and they are delicious. I had them that way in a restaurant and tried to duplicate it. They weren't exactly as good as the restaurant but they were good. Enjoy!

Was not what I purchased very thin and too much fat

These were a huge disappointment they were cut way too thin almost see through

Steaks were tough & had little flavor. Not worth buying.
