DONT DO IT!

This is our second one of these hot tubs. Had to return the first one for not heating up. The 2nd one seemed to be okay, until it started SHOCKING US!!!! Yes you read that right, it started to zap us with electricity while we were in it. We took a Ammeter to check for sure and as soon as we get over the water it starts to beep but the second you touch it it goes crazy!!

Wish I bought this sooner

Just like most of the reviews, the instructions are limited. Researching online is helpful. I also brought a clam quick-set venture 9x9 foot Portable Pop Up. This is great for keeping out the mosquitos. I also used gym mats under and around the spa.

We use it every night

Great little hot tub for the money. We've used it almost every night for a month and had no issues. It's very comfortable for 2-3 people, 4 would be tight, not sure how you'd get 6 into it unless 4 of them were kids.

Lasted 2 months. Pump throw E02 error code. Customer support doesn't exist. Purchased in February and didn't install until June. Was nice when it worked. New pump unit is $300.

Poor quality, unused yet, leaks air

Sadly, the spa has a slow leak. We just unboxed it this week and thought that maybe we didn't have enough air in it. Pumped it up the next morning only to find it partially deflated the next morning. We can't believe that the quality is not up to par after reading the other reviews. So disappointing. We haven't even used it at all because of the leak. Also the instructions are very poor. Luckily there were videos we could watch to figure out how and where parts belong.

Would not buy

Used it two or three times then put it away for the winter in the house to keep warm. Put it up and has a hole in it and want stay aired up. Contacted Colman and said only 12 months on the warranty which just a few days past so they would not replace it. Will never buy anything again
