I wasn't expecting much, but this spa is great! It took about 1 hour to fill with water and 24 hours to heat up to 102 degrees (104 is the max). You use the pump to inflate the hot tub. That same pump produces the bubbles in the tub. There are no "jets" really. It just blows bubbles up from the bottom of the tub, but the bubbles are impressive! There is only one bubble setting - on or off. The construction is solid and the outside of the tub almost looks and feels like a real hot tub. The water is about 2 feet deep, so you can sit comfortably in the tub and the water will come up to your shoulders if you are average height. The tub comes with NO chemicals, so you're on your own as far as that goes. They do supply a floating Bromine/Chlorine dispenser, but it's pretty small and again, no chlorine is included. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase and look forward to many evenings in the hot tub!

This is absolutely great value for the price and comparable experiences to a rigid or high end inflatable hot tub. We love it! Easy to set up, fill, heat, and maintain chemical makeup. Only negative is the bubble jets pull outside air which drops the temp faster, but we tend to not use them anyhow.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. We had a hot tub years ago and when it finally broke for good I didn't want to get another one and pay thousands of dollars again. After a few years, I really missed having one (it did wonders for my back and neck) and came across this one. I thought for the price (and it was on sale too) why not. My husband set it up in no time and I can't begin to describe how wonderful it is. I would definitely give this a try, you won't be disappointed.

Easy to set up and just as described. Being big and tall, I was worried it would be too shallow or too small to stretch out so I chose a square instead of a round one and was happy as I can lounge out in the jacuzzi. I keep it set at 95 and after first round, the temp dropped to 93 and another 2 degrees after second set of bubbles ran. I had regular Jacuzzi's before and they have a bit more forceful jets that can be directed but I must say these ones are pretty powerful and help ease my aching joints in my body. Well worth the money and bought some 3/4 inch thick mats that lock together for it to sit on to protect the bottom and make it more comfy when sitting in it. A friend has theirs for 3.5 years now and no problem so that helped me decide to get this one in particular too.

I have been wanting to get a hot tub for awhile now but didn't want to make a commitment on such a big purchase. I saw this on sale and read all the reviews and talked it over with my family and decided to give it a try. It's the best investment I've made so far. I live with my adult children and my parents, we all love it and use it. If you're thinking about buying a hot tub try this one first . It's comfortable, no seats or lounges. I purchased foam playroom puzzle mats to go underneath because I read it in other reviews and that helped with making it nice and soft when sitting in it . I sneak out at night when it's cold , since I live in Florida and it's amazing

The first one we received we could never get powered on because the gcfi kept tripping. Sam's was amazing though and sent a replacement the same week and they setup fedex to send back our unit the next day. Fed ex even helped finish boxing and brought tag to ship it back. I've never had an easier return experience. We are beyond happy with this purchase. Air jet bubbles are strong and it has been great for my back. Plenty of room for 2 to 3 people. More than that you will probably touch each other but room for more if you wanted. I recommend ordering chemicals and a floating light/speaker when you decide to take the plunge and buy one. Also purchase a mat or foam boards to place underneath for added cushion and thermal help. Pros: In summer heat hot tub heats up a lot on its own using less electric. Airjets are powerful. Cover is easy to remove and place on. Controls are easy to use. Lots of space to stretch out. Easy to change filters and add tablets. After a few weeks hot tub has not lost air. Easy to fill and set up. Cons: Cover is hard to keep well inflated if you bend it. If you keep it flat it stays inflated longer. The cover clips are sometimes hard to undo and tighten to keep things in plaxe if weather is bad. Chemicals can be a bit of a learning curve, but easier the more you learn. Not the hot tubs fault! Lol Debris tends to collect behind air bubble jet liner. The timer/delay must be reset each time it finishes cycle or you can just leave filter/heat on all the time. Takes awhile to heat up if you let temp get down low. Airjets use outside air so if air oursoors is cooler hot tub temp will cool down dramatically. A few degree drop in minutes. If warm out not much of drop if any. No real jets. No shade canopy made for the square models. Airjets are loud and you cant hear much outside of tub. Poor instructions and no chemical guidance on printed instructions, but online there is lots of help. Must disconnect unit to air up cover and tub. Electricity use went up a bit. I hope this helps soneone. Overall for an easy portable hot tub, I highly recommend this tub. Its really great to try to see how you like a hot tub before taking the plunge on a hardshell.

Water gets up to 104, easily fits 4 adults if you dont mind feet touching, botyom is comfortable to sit on with some foam pads under it. Bubbles are a little loud (pump is loud) but they are very relaxing. I thought it would not be as relaxing as a normal hot tub with jets but the bubbles do the trick. You do need to change the filter kind of often but they are not terribly expensive and it doesnt cost much in electricity or chlorine. We love ours and still go in 5-6 days a week.

A no brainer on this purchase for sure, easy set up which only took about 15-30 minutes to air up and attach the pump. Had it filled within around 45 minutes. So far easy to maintain keeping one inch chlorine tablets in the chem connect and depends on how much u use it to provide shock treatment as well. Best 349.00 ever spent

Very roomy for 2! Disappointing that there is only 1 jet but the bubble mat makes insane bubbles! Our spa also did not come with a filter like it was supposed to. We went to the hardware store and purchased instead of calling. The chlorine tab dispenser was a very tight thread so we are also using a floating chemical dispenser purchased from the hardware store. Overall, fast assembly. However, plan ahead. Takes 14 hours to heat to proper temperature. We drained our hot water tank into it twice and it still took that long. We are using it in a 3 seasons room.

Pretty good except cover and energy cost - the cover is next to impossible to put together with inflatible insert (I still have not been able to make it work) and the 8 clips that secure cover to hot tub are very difficult to fasten and unfasten. Also my energy cost has doubled since I have had this for a month - I have gone from $130 to $250 a month for electrical (I do run the heater 24x7).
