Sam's Club customer service was excellent and quick to replace our spa whose pump did not work upon receipt. Once we had a working spa we realized the "jets" we're simply small holes along the bottom of the spa, which did not have the effect we wanted.

This is the best renter friendly hot tub out there!! So freaking happy i finally got my hands on one! Idk why i waited so long to buy this! Best purchase ever! Worth every penny! Def not a hard back hot tub but it def is worth it and is heck of a lot cheaper than a BullFrog Spa! The bubble jets feel/sound just like real jets! I thought sitting on the shared ground would be weird but it's not! I only use this with my family and so i don't have to worry about any awkwardness but even still i don't think it would be too awkward sharing the ground space! It's big enough (4-6 person) for atleast 4 adults so you're not really touching anyone!
