How can a "sourdough" bread be made without sourdough starter? There's no starter (or even the ingredients that would be in a starter) listed on the ingredients list. Maybe that's why this bread has almost no flavor at all let alone that of real sourdough.

Was good but dry from moment it was bought and molded within 3 days of buying. Very disappointed
