Our favorite Sourdough round! I mix garlic and herbs into real butter, whip it together and spread it on the bread. Broil till golden brown. Delicious!

How can a "sourdough" bread be made without sourdough starter? There's no starter (or even the ingredients that would be in a starter) listed on the ingredients list. Maybe that's why this bread has almost no flavor at all let alone that of real sourdough.

Spread it with your favorite garlic butter then broil. Lightly toast to made great sandwiches.
