We love this bread! I know you have to cut it in half to fit it in the toaster, but hey, small price to pay for crispy brown toast. It also holds together well when you make grilled cheese supremes. If you like it with a tiny kick...get the jalapeño loaf. But even if you eat the plain flavor, this bread is delicious. This stuff is delicious. The garlic is detectable, but not overwhelming, and it has a texture somewhere between like, maybe a really dense french bread and a typical sourdough? I'm not sure how exactly to describe it. It's light and springy, but has the density you would expect from sourdough, and just an amazing chewiness, I can't get enough of the stuff. It's good for sandwiches, on its own as a side to meals, I've even had sliced brats and sauerkraut on it and it was great. But my favorite is just dipping chunks of it in hummus.

Always a good purchase. Very tasty and crusty.

Maybe I eat too much garlic but I could barely taste it in this bread. It was great sourdough. Maybe if you arent a garlic hound like me you will be able to taste it.

Great bread. I would only ask for more garlic flavor as it's almost non-existent. Still a great bread, but add more garlic!

I’ve tried three different Flavors %26 the original flavor is still the best. The others are good but the extra flavor isn’t strong enough for my tastes so I stick to the original.
