It’s a good mattress looks luxurious and feels luxurious. However if you are bellow 180 lb you will not feel the soft part of the mattress it will feel very firm specially if you sleep on sides. My husband is 200 lb and he likes he can feel the sinking in feeling the soft part support. Delivery took a week.

So far I’m very impressed. I really think I sleep cooler, and the mattress is the perfect firmness for me. I would describe the firmness as slightly over to the former side. There was a little bit of a plastic smell at first but after a few days was completely gone. My only warning is this mattress is heavy! Just something to keep in mind. I was shocked but I’m pretty sure that heavy structure help in the comfort department. I was very nervous about buying a bed online but I’m very happy with my choice. I’ve recommended it everyone. Great bed

Title says it all. Coming from a traditional spring mattress, this was a significant upgrade for me and once i crawl in it i do NoT want to get up. Ive had this thing for about a month?or two. Very little motion transfer, which i love. As i decent sized guy ~220-225lbs, there is plenty of support. Only 'con' to ascribe is how hefty this mattress is. Thing is Not light [: so plan your setup accordingly if youre doing it alone. There is a top and a bottom and its not quite so obvious as it appears in the photo( at least not to me).

It took a long time for my mattress to get to me. I am upset about that and don’t feel I was compensated enough. I would appreciate if Dream Cloud let their customers know of delays. However it is the best! I absolutely love my mattress! It is is such a wonderful night sleep with great support. I can see my posture changing just from being able to sleep on my back. The mist comfortable mattress ever.

Having moved from a queen to a King, the extra space is so nice. However I think it’s over priced. Once I put new sheets on it got better. It squeaks sometimes and that was surprising. I don’t feel that it’s something special. I’ve gotten the same sleep from a hotel mattress. Not impressed like all the hype builds it up to be. It’s nice and we’ve been adjusting to it.

Well it took far longer than expected or desired to get our mattress. What I can say is that in a time when you are not sure of you can trust buying online without testing things it can be scary and frustrating. The Dream cloud customer service team is well trained and courteous. This mattress arrived with the box in okay shape but it had been put to the test. The mattress was in good shape despite the packaging and let me tell you we have only spent a few nights on it and it is amazing! I've already told friends who have placed orders. I will come back after more time has passed and let you know how it's going.

I was skeptical about online mattresses and did my due diligence reading reviews and watching review videos online prior to purchasing my DreamCloud. My initial thought was that the mattress was very firm but then I realized the amount of support the mattress provides and my back appreciates! Going from a conventional mattress to a modern build was daunting but I am quite glad I made the switch. The DreamCloud provides incredible support, great cushioning and sleeps much cooler than my traditional mattress. I am very happy I made the switch!

Omg I was so skeptical to buy this, but so happy I did!!! The shipping was a little longer than expected but totally worth the wait!!!! This mattress is everything and more!! So soft yet firm! I can’t say more how much I love this!!! Buy! Don’t hesitate like I did. You’ll be happy

Not firm at all and they will not return it until after 30 days, but it will never be firm. So it is standing up against the wall until my 30 days it up, in the meantime I am sleeping on an air mattress until my real mattress comes. I explained that I have slipped disc, but they still will not return it. I wish I would have kept my old mattress just in case but you live and you learn. Only traditional mattresses for me me from now on.

I’ve had the bed for a couple of weeks and honestly I’m not sure if I’m happy with it. I slept well on it the first night but tossing and turning since. I enjoyed the cooling foam but It no longer feels cool. My husband has been comfortable on it. I’m only giving it 3 stars because I’m hoping that my body is still adjusting to it and it will improve.
