Nice mattress for under $1,000. Way better than the mattress store prices. Medium firm, it's what the mattress manufacturers would rate a 6.5 on a scale where 1 is softest and 10 is firmest. Very close to the $2,400 Helix we were considering. Good edge support for a 13" tall mattress. Also sleeps pretty cool temperature. The manufacturer does not provide a sleep guarantee on items sold by 3rd parties like Sam's, but you still have the usual Sam's return policy. You also get the factory warranty by Dream Cloud. ( I called them ) Support from Dream Cloud is overseas if that bothers you.

I was very hesitant to buy a mattress squished into a box, and on top of that, there was no model in Sam's where we could test it. I did some research on the DreamCloud Premier Hybrid and read enough reviews to make the purchase, and I'm so glad I did. At first it seemed very, very firm to me, but after the second night I was totally convinced I had made the right choice. I woke up with no numbness in my hands or arms! That hadn't happened for me in about a year. We have had the mattress for over a month now, and I'm getting the best sleep I've had in a long time!

Soft and supportive. I’ve tried other beds that came in a box and always had to return them after a week or two. Did not expect such a comfortable bed from a box!

Comfortable, medium firm. Be careful when you open it. It is heavy and will spring open. Have plenty of space to avoid damage to items.

I am providing this review after 1 month. I replaced a 13 Year old Tempur-Pedic The Hybrid mattress is the way to go. It provides the stability required. The firmness is perfect. A solid feel. Not to hard and not to soft. The side edges are not the firmest, but they are ok. The DreamCloud states that it requires a solid mattress base and I have the mattress sitting atop a Tempur-Pedic solid base. Works great. I expected a getting use to period, but within a few days we have adjusted completely.

So I am coming from a Sleep Number bed that we paid $2,000 for (yes you read that right for a King size sleep number). That was directly from the SN store, but it was in 2004! It was time for a new bed and we went back thinking we were going to get another SN...Boy were we wrong!! A king SN is now almost $10,000!! Came upon the Dream Cloud King at Sam"s! The bed was clearanced for $374.00...yes! Bought it, set it up and I have never slept so peacefully...finally my back doesn't hurt when I wake up! The mattress is beautiful and sits very high! With my platform and this mattress, I use a step stool to get in and out. I only gave 4 stars bc like another reviewer said, I think the memory foam could be slightly better. This is a very firm mattress that does not "give" or mold to your body like a traditional memory foam would! For $374, I am so mad I didn't buy two!

Ive had the bed for a year and a half. I used a memory foam on the top to get some squish. The issue today is that the middle of the mattress is now too soft. We are both apx 170-200lbs. Now we both sink to the middle causing us both to wake with back pain. I feel its just too soon for this to happen with a hybrid. As it has a 5 year warrenty ill be looking to replace it.

This is not the same mattress as you would get from dreamcloud even though the description is the same. The quality is lower and it is much less supportive. Not worth it.

Bought this at Sam’s. When letting mattress expand the zipper didn’t hold. Dream cloud not responding. Sam’s not honoring their warranty. Said they would respond by email in 24-48 hours. Has been over 10 days and no response. Spoke with 3 customer representatives. The first one offered me $50 gift card to forget the zipper is broken. The 2nd customer representative said unless I ordered online it was my tough luck that I bought a faulty mattress. The 3rd customer representative Kim said I would be getting email after he reached out to Dream Cloud. Very disappointed with Sam’s club customer service. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave ……

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress after ours was starting to sag in the middle. 7 months into owning this one, here we are AGAIN with the SAME issue! We are not wanting to have it replaced to experience the same thing. We are both fit individuals with no weight issues. This mattress is a poor value and I would highly recommend that Sam's Club discontinue this "dreamy" product.
