The mattress itself is great! The platform is cheap and broke the same day we got it. The pillows are nice but takes some getting used to. It's great for the price but not something I would absolutely rave over. Definitely get the extra topping on the mattress!

I am a horrible sleeper as I work night shift in the ER, and I have a bad back. I received my mattress yesterday and slept great my first night in it. It did take longer than expected to ship and deliver, but I received email updates keeping me informed on my order status. I am very pleased with my new bed so far:)

Only downside was the time to ship, I work as well shipping items and I understand the delays and all the issues this year we have to overcome. However, for a purchase like this it was over a month wait and it was hard for me to figure out how to get rid of my old mattress and wasn't able to sell it as I had no good estimate for the arrival of my new mattress. Now I am sleeping in this new great mattress but I still have my old KING mattress waiting a buyer (that I lost) taking a bunch of space in my living area. \nMattress wise, amazing. Just please try to communicate better the ongoing issues as this is not an easy transition to change a mattress.

From someone who suffers from insomnia and has back and neck pain, this mattress is a "dream" come true. I only have one minor complaint: the pillow cases for your pillows are too large (or the pillow is not a true standard). Pillows are very comfortable however, and I am sure I will find cases to fit.

Very comfortable. I previously had a Tuft & Needle Mint mattress, which I loved, but wanted something a little softer, since I'm a side sleeper. This mattress was the perfect balance of soft and supportive. It expanded quickly once opened, and the smell dissipated after a day or two of airing out. It's a little bouncier than the T&N since it has some springs/coils in it, but not enough that I'm awakened by my partner moving in bed.

My husband and I both have struggled with back pain for years. We had another high end mattress and never realized how much that was contributing to poor sleep until we switched. We couldn't be happier! I am a petite woman and he is big and tall and this works perfectly for both of us.

I'm a back or side sleeper. With this bed I never want to get up. Not sore, it supports me just right, comfy as all get out. Perfect combo of support and comfort. Even my dog runs for it at night. Fabulous quality. I've tried temper pedic, I've tried firm and soft and nothing is like this. \nShipping took forever but best thing I've bought for my bedroom....ever.

We purchased our dream cloud hybrid queen mattress in Nov of 2020. I have to agree with other reviews that the first 3 weeks for us were very rough. I honestly wanted to return it, but no returns until after 30 days. If it has been quite some time since you've replaced your mattress (15 yrs) this new mattress is going to be a big adjustment. Your body wasn't sleeping with the support it needed. So once you are actually aligned at night....look out. Lol We had awful back pain for about 3 weeks. But then something magical happened....we got the best nights sleep ever and the back pain went away. I can tell you 6 months in that we LOVE this bed. No more back pain or random aches in the morning. So comfortable. The pillows on the other hand... we're a house divided. I like my pillows to have some give, not too soft, but definitely not a brick. I tried, but even after weeks of rest those things are almost just as hard as when you first get them. So I went back to my old pillow. My husband uses the dream cloud pillow.

Mattresses were fine just wish I didn't have a big gap in the middle and I can figure some way out to keep them closer was thinking maybe put a real on the side of the two beds because they continue to slide so if you're thinking about getting a twin XL you might want to do your research

Been a few months now and I now know why Dreamcloud offers such a great return policy..its because they know once you try it, you will never return it. Excellent throughout. So comfortable and I get a good restful sleep. No regrets here. I'm keeping it. Thanks Dreamcloud!
