Mattress is beautiful but is too firm for me. I have been sleeping on it for 1-1/2 months. I would say it is more like an 8 in firmness. Will try it with the mattress protector/cover to see if that helps. Delivery and set up were easy! They give you a plastic cutter, but I didn’t notice it until after I got the plastic off. It would have made it even easier! It had a faint new smell but there was no overpowering smell from the mattress. Love the adjustable base! It was pretty easy to put together. Took about 1/2 hour with 2 people.

I was having lower back problems before receiving our new DreamCloud mattress that weren’t stopping, even after multiple trips to the chiropractor. After my first night on our DreamCloud my back spasms stopped. I love how supportive our new mattress is!

First of all, it took 2 weeks for me to receive the mattress, even though on the website it said 2-3 days. Then, the mattress was delivered and dumped in my driveway during a rainstorm. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell, I was home all day. By the time I noticed it was out there and dragged it inside, the packaging ripped. When I unrolled the mattress and set it up, I noticed a little rip/cut on the top of the mattress. Further it is extremely firm and uncomfortable, nothing like a "dream cloud" or the most comfortable bed as some reviews said on their website. I feel like I'm sleeping on a floor. I've tried several mattresses and this one is by far the most uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with not only the mattress itself, but also with the entire process.

So the first couple of nights I had to adjust, my back was used to my old bed which was a good bed but after 6 years started to have a dip in it, granted I’m 215 lbs... but still. I suppose I had started to develop a curve to my posture. Well this bed straightened me out. The had the bed a week, and the past 2 nights I’ve slept incredible. Didn’t wake up in the middle of the night either like I normally do. I feel great the next day.

I was skeptical at first about whether this mattress would really solve my back pain and give me a better sleep experience. Guess what!? No more low back pain issues and my sleeping has improved dramatically. Great quality mattress. And very impressed with how well it expanded even with the pillow top!! Love it!

The mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive. I find myself waking up less during the night as movement from my husband (and the dog) do not disturb my slumber. I am definitely getting a better night's sleep. The mattress quality is excellent, the delivery was quick and not difficult to set up. I was a bit skeptical of buying a box mattress, but given the great return policy, I decided I couldn't lose. I made an excellent choice.

We have tried 4 mattresses over the past 2 years, trying to find something that works for my husband (who has a bad back and prefers a firm mattress) and myself (who prefers a soft mattress) and this is it. Our mattress is soft enough for my achy joints and firm enough for my husband's back and we love it. THANK YOU DreamCloud!!!

My wife and I purchased a King DreamCloud hybrid mattress about a month ago and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. After some initial glitches with the "White Glove" delivery service, our mattress was delivered to our home. The crew did a good job of setting up the new mattress and taking away our old mattress. The first day or two the new mattress did omit some slight odors as it was finishing its expansion, but by day three it was completely odor free. The comfort of the DreamCloud mattress was apparent from the moment we first laid on the mattress. The quality of materials and construction are very evident, and the cooling components work as advertised. We are now enjoying a level of comfort that we have never previously experienced prior to the DreamCloud. Having never before purchased a mattress via online sales we were dubious, but this has been a better experience than we had anticipated and the DreamCloud mattress is fantastic!! We are looking forward to many years of better sleep.

I am happy to report that so far our experience with DreamCloud has been great. I ordered a queen size for our guest bedroom. Although I haven't had an opportunity to check it out yet it has been slept on every night by my daughter who is living here temporarily. She tells me it is a wonderful bed. Maybe I will get to try it out soon. I would recommend this mattress to anyone who would like a good nights sleep.

It’s been about 4 years I’ve had no problem waking up on time for work since I’ve got the dream cloud I’ve been late about 4 times in 2 weeks super hard to wake up and go back to reality after about 6 hours on a dream cloud the pillows are a plus I’ve had to sleep with two pillows in the past now I find myself waking up with no pillow that’s how good this mattress is I’ve wanted this mattress since it first launched now i finally got one and honestly I couldn’t have been more satisfied. It’s one of those beds you sleep on when you go on vacation at a 5* hoteland say out loud ohh.... I wish my bed was this comfortable. Dream cloud thank you for this product 5 stars hands down
