This is my first new kind of mattress (not the old metal spring variety) and I have slept on it for the last week. It is a king, (not sure if that matters) and I am honestly surprised at how comfortable it is. It isn't life changing as some have stated, but it does sleep well. I left off one star for only one reason.. sitting on the edge of the bed you notice the lack of edge support. I don't sleep there and didn't buy it to sit on, but every so often you sit there and you have to kind of scooch back a bit so you don't slide off. Other than that very small issue and the fact it was a little delayed, but everything is these days so I don't hold that against anyone, it so far is a great purchase.

It was such a convenient purchase during these pandemic times. The mattress was delayed in shipping but we got the adjustable base ahead of time which gave us time to set it up and get ready for the mattress. \nIt took about 1 week to adjust to the new mattress. I have a bad back and so far, it's been great! Very supportive and comfortable. I'm able to raise the foot of the bed and the head just a little to make it even more supportive for my lower back as I am a side sleeper.\nBest purchase we've made in a long time! Nothing like a good nights sleep!

I really love this mattress but it is not like sleeping on a cloud. The mattress is a firm mattress. It is of good quality and the customer service is phenomenal. I prefer a very plush mattress. I had called to initiate the returns process and they offered me a complimentary plush topper to try. This was a game changer for me. The plush topper was just what I needed. It's perfect. Overall super happy with this purchase! I love the company and how responsive they've been. The customer service is top notch and the products are well made. I also cannot say enough about the sateen sheets and pillow cases I received with my order- they're good quality and cool.

My wife and I have been completely satisfied with our premier mattress we ordered. It is the perfect blend of coils and memory foam to make out nights of sleep restorative. The only drawback is be prepared to wait after you order one. We had to wait a month until we received ours.

Sometimes people rush with a positive review and then are sorry because the product failure is delayed. Not in this case. I had a real nice box and mattress set for about 10 years and when I got rid of it it was still very nice so I wasn't replacing terrible with good or worn out with new. I got the premier mattress with a new bed frame and 2 DreamCloud pillows and IMO it was all very cheap. It was less than I paid for that old set 10 years ago and it is WAY better. The Dreamcloud mattress on the new bed frame sits about a foot lower than my old bed set so its a lot easier to get in and out and yet its up off the floor so cleaning under the bed is very easy. It is actually both soft and firm. I'm a fat side sleeper and this mattress is very soft on top to adapt to your curves but it is firm underneath so you are very, very comfortable and supported. So, its perfect for me. The pillows are just like that too, I stack 2 of them as a side sleeper and they are so very nice. Best pillows I ever had and yes, they are pricey for pillows compared to many others but its been months now and they are still GREAT and I got rid of all my other cheaper pillows. So I could not be happier than I am will all these DreamCloud products. I know people, really I do, who paid over 3 times as much for bed, mattress and pillows than I did for this set and while I'm sure their set is nice, I'm also sure its not any nicer than this DreamCloud set. I highly recommend all DreamCloud products. They are simply GREAT for the price. No regrets.

Bought for daughter returning from college. Extremely comfortable. instantly falling asleep, no restlessness during sleep. Very pleased w purchase. Buying 2 more : 1 queen and 1 king. Luxury bed. roomy for 2 queen size. Pillow top comfort is by far well worth the extra money.

My fiancée and I had a queen memory foam. We would both toss and turn. We have king premier Dreamcloud, it took about a week to adjust but we both love it. The temperature is perfect, the sheet set is so soft. My fiancée would like a little bit thicker pillow top. But overall we are both sleeping very well. Better than we have in years.

So far this mattress is pretty good. However I was not impressed with the service of this company. My order was weeks late, I did not get very prompt communication, and when the mattress arrived the box was completely ripped apart. Hopeful that the mattress was worth all the trouble, but I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again.

I ordered this mattress at the end of February and it took until mid April before it arrived. It was very heavy in the package and we struggled to get it into our house and ready to set up. After we got it to our intended destination it was fun to open the package and watch it expand. We let it air out for a couple days before sleeping on it and it now sleeps great. We love how we can't feel the other person moving in bed. If you are able to have patience while you wait for the mattress to be shipped then this is a good purchase for you!

I love my new mattress. It is amazingly comfortable. I had no idea mattress technology has advanced so much since my last mattress purchase which was 18 years ago. Hahaha.. my hip, back and neck issues has greatly improved along with my sleep. I can't wait to get back to bed its so comfy.
