I'm not one to write reviews period, but for this mattress I'll do it! I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I seriously haven't slept this good in a long long time. Since I've had it I've slept soundly throughout the night and wake up refreshed every morning. This mattress was comfortable from the first minute I laid down on it. You won't be disappointed. My only negative would be it took over a month from ordering to delivery however customer service was exceptional.

We have only had our mattress for a couple of weeks now. The mattress is made well but it's not as soft and plush as I thought from the description. I understand it will take some time for our bodies to adjust to the new mattress, so we will re-review in a few months.

This is my first new kind of mattress (not the old metal spring variety) and I have slept on it for the last week. It is a king, (not sure if that matters) and I am honestly surprised at how comfortable it is. It isn't life changing as some have stated, but it does sleep well. I left off one star for only one reason.. sitting on the edge of the bed you notice the lack of edge support. I don't sleep there and didn't buy it to sit on, but every so often you sit there and you have to kind of scooch back a bit so you don't slide off. Other than that very small issue and the fact it was a little delayed, but everything is these days so I don't hold that against anyone, it so far is a great purchase.

We purchased the King mattress and have been sleeping on it for several weeks now. We both love it. It is so comfortable. I use to have pain in my back and was a restless sleeper on our old mattress but since sleeping on this I am sleeping soundly, comfortable and waking without pain. My spouse is having the same experience. Also; in love with the pillows that came with it.

I really love this mattress but it is not like sleeping on a cloud. The mattress is a firm mattress. It is of good quality and the customer service is phenomenal. I prefer a very plush mattress. I had called to initiate the returns process and they offered me a complimentary plush topper to try. This was a game changer for me. The plush topper was just what I needed. It's perfect. Overall super happy with this purchase! I love the company and how responsive they've been. The customer service is top notch and the products are well made. I also cannot say enough about the sateen sheets and pillow cases I received with my order- they're good quality and cool.

As we age, things start to give us unwanted pain. Spouse had hip problems and would wake up on the old mattress with no relief. My injuries that occurred while on active duty continued to give me problems. Acupuncturist recommended a new mattress. We look at several and saw all the good review this one was getting. Bought the premier. The first night sleeping on this mattress we both feel better. Very supportive and comfortable. spouse uses 1 pillow instead of 3 and I use 2 instead of 3. Definitely improved our quality of life. I highly recommend this mattress! Definitely a great investment.

The mattress itself is great! The platform is cheap and broke the same day we got it. The pillows are nice but takes some getting used to. It's great for the price but not something I would absolutely rave over. Definitely get the extra topping on the mattress!

We purchased our dream cloud hybrid queen mattress in Nov of 2020. I have to agree with other reviews that the first 3 weeks for us were very rough. I honestly wanted to return it, but no returns until after 30 days. If it has been quite some time since you've replaced your mattress (15 yrs) this new mattress is going to be a big adjustment. Your body wasn't sleeping with the support it needed. So once you are actually aligned at night....look out. Lol We had awful back pain for about 3 weeks. But then something magical happened....we got the best nights sleep ever and the back pain went away. I can tell you 6 months in that we LOVE this bed. No more back pain or random aches in the morning. So comfortable. The pillows on the other hand... we're a house divided. I like my pillows to have some give, not too soft, but definitely not a brick. I tried, but even after weeks of rest those things are almost just as hard as when you first get them. So I went back to my old pillow. My husband uses the dream cloud pillow.

In our recent move, the movers destroyed our sleep number bed, so I was unexpectedly in the market for a new mattress. Nice sleep! Feels like being on a cloud. Just what we needed. No box spring necessary. Ordered a heavy duty steel slat mattress foundation for support instead of a box spring. Eventually, want to order a mattress for each my boys. Sleep is so good! \nHeidi
