I was quite satisfied with the mattress and had difficulty contacting a consultant. When I did they sent me a mattress topper that still hasn’t sold me on the mattress but with COVID I can’t have someone come into my house to take it away and I can’t handle the king size on my own

The bed and the extra bed protector that we purchased are very good quality. Side sleepers and firmness is perfect. We ordered another bed protector for another bed about a month ago and keep getting emails saying the delivery is being delayed.They also have a Phone recording Saying they can’t take calls. This may be about Covid but we sure would like our ordered bed protector.

I find this mattress to be very comfortable although it's not as firm as my previous mattress that we had which was a 10 inch memory foam. My husband has the same complaint. With our previous mattress when one of us got up in the middle of the night the other person was not disturbed absolutely no movement was felt. My husband states he misses that. We've only had this mattress a couple of months so I'm still willing to keep trying to adjust to the difference between the two.

This bed is very comfortable. My husband had been sleeping in a chair for over a year and is now able to sleep in bed. The setup team that we hired to set up the bed was a no-show. So my husband and I set up the bed ourselves and for the most part it was very easy to do. There is only one area of disappointment and that's the ditch between the two mattresses. The Chat agent said that the mattresses would fit together so closely that a credit card couldn't be dropped between them and that's just not so. This would not keep me from purchasing this bed again, but it's not as pleasant looking as I had expected. Considering the cost, the lack of aching and hips, the edge support, and the ease of use, this bed is a great bargain.

I have always had problems with my hips going numb when I sleep. It didn’t matter how expensive the mattress was! Then I found dreamcloud premier, I no longer have issues with my hips going numb or feeling like I was fighting someone while I slept. I wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day now! We are thrilled with our DreamCloud Premier. We had a sleep number bed for about 15 years and in the last 3 years it was starting to kill my hip. Tried a Nectar bed, all memory foam, and that was like sleeping on a slab of concrete but our DreamCloud is perfect. I can sleep on my side or back and nothing hurts and its not to soft for my husband. If you are looking for a good bed for two people with different needs, this is it. We have been sleeping on it for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. This hybrid is the way to go.

I bought this mattress online, everyone thought I was crazy for not trying it out "in person" before purchase. I was intrigued by the website description and thought this mattress would be great. The 365-day guarantee gave me the confidence to purchase. Although it was incredibly heavy (the FedEx delivery person said it was the heaviest mattress they ever delivered) it was well worth the effort to get it up the stairs. The MOST comfortable mattress I have ever slept on (and that's saying something given that I have stayed in many 5 star hotels)! Sleeping better than ever - thanks Dreancloud!!!

First off - I rarely write reviews, but I really love this mattress. We had been sleeping on a mattress that was too firm for several years. After waking up everyday with a stiff back and neck I decided we needed to make a change. After some research we landed on Dream Cloud and I am SO happy we made the switch! It is the perfect combination of plush and firm and we are both sleeping better. Some others complained about a chemical smell, but I did not experience that at all. We removed the packaging and let it rest for a night before sleeping on it to allow it to fully decompress. We love it! My only con is that after placing my order there was little communication on the status of my order. About a month later it just appeared in my driveway. Luckily, we had already removed the old mattress and were ready to set up the new mattress.

I love this mattress, it is my second one! I also ordered the Queen platform bed. It was not easy to put together and the wooden brace broke on the second night. The nails separated from the wood and I threw it in the trash. Mattress yes, platform no.

First of all, it took 2 weeks for me to receive the mattress, even though on the website it said 2-3 days. Then, the mattress was delivered and dumped in my driveway during a rainstorm. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell, I was home all day. By the time I noticed it was out there and dragged it inside, the packaging ripped. When I unrolled the mattress and set it up, I noticed a little rip/cut on the top of the mattress. Further it is extremely firm and uncomfortable, nothing like a "dream cloud" or the most comfortable bed as some reviews said on their website. I feel like I'm sleeping on a floor. I've tried several mattresses and this one is by far the most uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with not only the mattress itself, but also with the entire process.
