At first, I was very happy with this mattress. It provided all the right comfort in all the right places which as a side sleeper, was really important. For a while now, I’ve been waking up daily with terrible back pain. I’m so stiff that I can’t sit up, I have to roll off the side of the bed to get out of it. I’ve even resorted to sleeping on the sofa some nights just to avoid the pain. Overall, disappointed that the comfort has not lasted.

Love the bed so comfy. But the bed frame came ripped in the back of the headboard. The mattress protector also came ripped in spots. We also thought we ordered two pillows but some how only ordered one. Tried to order the second one and shipping is crazy. We live in Alaska and the shipping prices are crazy. We are apart of the US too.... finally never got the tracking information via email. Had to call to get it and hold times were insane... I really wanted to love this more. :(

I did many weeks of research before finally pulling the trigger. This mattress had many aspects I was looking for. It met the height requirement, warranty, type (hybrid), good reviews, price & even the quilted top I wanted. A bonus for taking so long to order was that they improved the edge support in the interim! I bought the mattress protector, sheets & platform base. Everything was delivered (incl mattress) in 3-4 business days. I assembled it all myself in just a cpl hours. The platform bed is your typical junk from China. (You get what you pay for.) Wish it had a headboard. The sheets are thin & not so soft. Note: If you wash the mattress protector, expect it to be dry within a cpl hrs+. (King) To my surprise the mattress seemed softer to the touch than I was anticipating. I couldnt wait to try it out. It did have that weird gel/foam smell but it dissipated within a cpl days. It lasted for a month over all. At that point it could only be smelled when laying in bed. So this is why Im confused. Although the top felt super soft, the bed is pretty firm. That was my only fear of buying, after reading all the reviews. However, it is comfortable & really does a good job with support. I have a lot of back/hip issues & I will say it does not aggravate it in any way. (I dont believe a mattress can help a bad back but it could definitely alleviate some pressure/pain brought on by an old/poor quality mattress.) Laying down you will sink in the top layers but that's about it (maybe 2"). The heavier you are, the more you will sink. Sometimes I feel like my arms/legs are floating on top. It does a good job aligning your body. If you move positions, the foam/gel layers quickly bounce back. The firmness does make sleeping on your stomach/back more comfortable. I never had issues w/ mattresses sleeping hot, but I did need to throw the covers off a cpl times to date. There were times I felt like the mattress was warmer than it should be under me. I'm four months in & I will probably keep the mattress, but I can't help wonder if there's a better (more comfortable) mattress out there. I gave 4/5 stars becuz' I wish it were slightly more plush on top. I guess I was hoping for more of a cozy feeling. Overall it is a quality mattress.

First a purchased a Purple mattress and hated it!!! It killed my back and neck and was horribly uncomfortable. I sent it back and thank goodness I ordered the Dream mattress. I’m in love!!! I’m a sucker for a crazy fluffy pillow top but that’s not what this mattress is. It appears super fluffy but when you lay on it you feel completely supported! I think that calling this mattress Dream Cloud was the perfect choice. Thank you for giving me my sleep back

After 2 weeks of sleeping on our new King DreamCloud I have not been awakened by pain in my hips and my husband is not waking up in paid and stiff from back issues. We are both pleasantly surprised as we didn't really think we would love a mattress this much that we bought on the internet. We took a chance and hoped we wouldn't have to send it back and after sleeping on this mattress I can say we are keeping it and we are happy we purchased it.

We have had the Dreamcloud for about 1 month and could not be happier with the entire process. We did not do white glove service, and for us it really wasn't necessary. I will say we did get the king sized bed and it is VERY heavy so be prepared to get some help. It unwinds easily and smoothly. It only takes a few hours to be ready for sleep. And couldn't be more comfortable. I would definitely agree with the 6.5 rating out of 10 for firmness. I would buy another.

The mattress is firmer than I was hoping for (premier/premium mattress). Have not had any back pain relief like so many expressed in their review. It's shipped Fed-Ex whish was a NIGHTMARE... took over a month from the day it was shipped from Dreamcloud and was never actually delivered- had to go to the Fed-Ex facility 50 miles away to pick it up.

It was a very easy process to buy this mattress. Just make a few clicks and it shows up at your door, a little cumbersome (I bought the king) but opened it up and voila! Easy peasy! It didn't knock my socks off at first although it was true to it's advertising. I wanted a bed that did not transfer motion. I flip flop around at night and it keeps my husband up. With this bed he doesn't even know I'm there! I have been sleeping on it for several months now and my back and hip pain that seemed to be amplified in bed has diminished to nothing and no longer wakes me up at night. That alone is an amazing feat and I would buy again for that reason.

Tonight is the first night on it. It will of course take sim getting use too! A little concern about the sides. Not much support when you sit on the sides. My BIG complaint is I received the base in 3 days, GOOD, it took 2 weeks to get the mattress. BAD

Our area did not provide for a white glove set up. FedEx left the mattress on the porch and we struggled to get in in the house. We actually left it in the foyer for two full days after unwrapping it. It expanded immediately and when we had someone to help, it was ready and easily placed on our bed. I have only had one night on it but can tell I made the right choice after much research. If not for the difficulty in getting it in ourselves, this would be a 5 :star:️
