Our king mattress arrived via fed ex around 2 weeks after ordering. It is very heavy so I recommend having a helping hand to get it where it needs to go. It is easy to open using the enclosed tool and it expands quickly. There was a bit of “off gassing” for the first 48 hours or so but it was not a nuisance. It is very comfortable and luxurious to sleep on. I’m a side sleeper mostly and my husband is more of a combo sleeper. It seems great for all positions. It is truly the most comfortable mattress we have had. We love it and would recommend it for others.

When my husband and I first got married in 2015, we took our wedding money, went to the mattress store, and bought an ultra soft Serta mattress to replace our hand me down one. It was good for the first couple years but then it started to develop clear imprints where we would sleep, despite religiously rotating it every 3 months as the salesperson recommended. After two more years of waking tired with sore backs, we decided to buy a mattress online for our 4 year anniversary. We figured we didn't need to try it in store because that sure didn't help us the last time! After a lot of extensive research, we went with the Dreamcloud. What ended up selling me was the layers of support, the lack of off-gassing (which was my biggest concern as I don't do well with strong chemically smells), and the 365 night trial. My husband used to prop a billion pillows around himself to support his back, creating a wall between us. He no longer has to do this so we can actually snuggle at night again. We aren't waking up with sore backs anymore either. I am a side sleeper and I will admit the Dreamcloud is just a bit too firm to sleep on my side comfortably, but I added a slightly plush mattress protector we had with our old mattress and that did the trick perfectly. Our bed is now so comfortable that we even moved a TV into our room as it's more enjoyable sitting on than our couch! My husband and I are getting better sleep and no longer waking up exhausted. I was skeptical about online mattresses and did my due diligence reading reviews and watching review videos online prior to purchasing my DreamCloud. My initial thought was that the mattress was very firm but then I realized the amount of support the mattress provides and my back appreciates! Going from a conventional mattress to a modern build was daunting but I am quite glad I made the switch. The DreamCloud provides incredible support, great cushioning and sleeps much cooler than my traditional mattress. I am very happy I made the switch!

I've been sleeping on the Dreamcloud for just over a week now... after a few days of initial adjustment, I think it's safe to say this was an excellent purchase! Fairly easy to unwrap with two people. Zero odor. Lots of support from this mattress, which is what I was needing.

My wife and I purchased a King DreamCloud hybrid mattress about a month ago and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. After some initial glitches with the "White Glove" delivery service, our mattress was delivered to our home. The crew did a good job of setting up the new mattress and taking away our old mattress. The first day or two the new mattress did omit some slight odors as it was finishing its expansion, but by day three it was completely odor free. The comfort of the DreamCloud mattress was apparent from the moment we first laid on the mattress. The quality of materials and construction are very evident, and the cooling components work as advertised. We are now enjoying a level of comfort that we have never previously experienced prior to the DreamCloud. Having never before purchased a mattress via online sales we were dubious, but this has been a better experience than we had anticipated and the DreamCloud mattress is fantastic!! We are looking forward to many years of better sleep.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. Was in desperate need of a new mattress and chose dream loud after lots of research. I now get an amazing night sleep and I don’t wake up with pain in my back anymore. I would definitely recommend this mattress. The customer service was also outstanding.

The mattress is a hybrid with foam on the top. Comfortable. I was a little scared of the Nectar adjustable bed frame as it required some assembly. The instructions were good and it was fairly easy to construct.. The remote control did not work at first. I read up on what the problem could be and somehow it started working after i tried a few things. Not sure what i did wrong or right but it works. The raising and lowering of thebed is very quiet and smooth. Very nice bed.

Dreamcloud is so comfortable ! My husband and I love the overall support. Our first time using a hybrid and by mail mattress. We set it up ourselves and it was super easy. Loved how there was minimal off gassing. It only took a few days to get used to it. I do tend to still feel my husbands movements when we’re sleeping but overall I’m so happy I didn’t have to go to a store to get such a high quality mattress . Thanks again

It’s only been a week and I’m having a hard time adjusting to it. What ever part of me is in contact with the bed is sore after an hour or more. I’m really worried it’s not going to get any better. I wish it was a bit softer as I think I’d really love it. I’m not ready to start looking again for another affordable bed. I hope some kind of magic happens soon and I like it.

After 2 weeks of sleeping on our new King DreamCloud I have not been awakened by pain in my hips and my husband is not waking up in paid and stiff from back issues. We are both pleasantly surprised as we didn't really think we would love a mattress this much that we bought on the internet. We took a chance and hoped we wouldn't have to send it back and after sleeping on this mattress I can say we are keeping it and we are happy we purchased it.
