I had lain on a hybrid mattress in a mattress store and loved the feel of the extra support of the springs along with the memory foam comfort as this is what i was missing. I had switched to memory foam years ago due to arthritis in my hips which caused nearly no quality of sleep due to pain and switching from one side to the other. I had tried a couple of different memory foam mattresses and my last matress was from Lucid which was amazing in it's comfort level compared to other memory foam mattresses - yet it was missing the lower back support my body craved so this created another issue. After laying on a hybrid mattress i was sure that was what i needed. I did a lot of research on the internet and learned that the dream cloud mattress would be the closest 'affordable" (being the second most important factor for me next to comfort and quality of sleep) and also came with options for financing that i appreciated. However when i got the mattress it took some time to get used to the mattress due to the top being tufted and not as memory foam feeling as i would have liked. I have great support for my lower back but it has taken a couple of days to adjust to not having the soft memory foam to wrap around my hips as my last mattress did- All in all I think it is a good mattress but I have only had it for a couple of weeks at this point and am unsure of how it will stand up to the long haul of sleeping on a mattress. It was somewhat disapointing that the top of the mattress didn't feel like memory foam as I had anticipated based on the one i had lain on in the mattress store- I purchased a King, like my last mattress and paid about double the price- still much cheaper than any decent mattress you purchase in a store. If I am able and reminded to submit another review i will do so in a few months for a more accurate idea of my expereince on this mattress. I would definately reccommend this mattress to most people.

So far I’m very impressed. I really think I sleep cooler, and the mattress is the perfect firmness for me. I would describe the firmness as slightly over to the former side. There was a little bit of a plastic smell at first but after a few days was completely gone. My only warning is this mattress is heavy! Just something to keep in mind. I was shocked but I’m pretty sure that heavy structure help in the comfort department. I was very nervous about buying a bed online but I’m very happy with my choice. I’ve recommended it everyone. Great bed

Not really impressed so far, I am just about a week into having my new mattress and am already considering a return. I’ve been a Tempur-pedic customer for many years and thought I would make the switch because of how great the reviews are. The mattress looks great but I can feel the coils. Will most likely be using that warranty to return.

We just bought a king DreamCloud mattress and absolutely love it. We are used to mattresses with quilted tops and this was the perfect mattress for us. It is so soft, yet perfectly firm for support. I searched and re-searched a lot of mattresses before I decided on this one. We even had friends that bought other mattresses and decided that this one was the one for us. We would highly recommend this mattress.

Very nice mattress. Quality construction. Set up was quick and easy. Sleeping on the mattress was different than I expected. I found it to be quite firm. I would rate the mattress at 7-8 on the firmness scale. Overall I really appreciated the quality of the mattress but it was just too hard for me.

Ok we are on our 2nd month with the dream cloud and still haven’t decided...on one hand we wake up filling good and rested. But on the other hand we are also ready to get out off bed! It definitely isn’t a mattress that makes you want to stay in it. We like a firm mattress but this is kind of like sleeping on a doctors table with some extra padding. We keep waiting for the give...just a little bit of awww. We are giving it another month but at the same time we are researching other options. So I would say that if you like a firmer mattress that’s not cool but not hot this is definitely for you...just maybe not for us!

I was having lower back problems before receiving our new DreamCloud mattress that weren’t stopping, even after multiple trips to the chiropractor. After my first night on our DreamCloud my back spasms stopped. I love how supportive our new mattress is!

I was quite satisfied with the mattress and had difficulty contacting a consultant. When I did they sent me a mattress topper that still hasn’t sold me on the mattress but with COVID I can’t have someone come into my house to take it away and I can’t handle the king size on my own

The bed and the extra bed protector that we purchased are very good quality. Side sleepers and firmness is perfect. We ordered another bed protector for another bed about a month ago and keep getting emails saying the delivery is being delayed.They also have a Phone recording Saying they can’t take calls. This may be about Covid but we sure would like our ordered bed protector.

I find this mattress to be very comfortable although it's not as firm as my previous mattress that we had which was a 10 inch memory foam. My husband has the same complaint. With our previous mattress when one of us got up in the middle of the night the other person was not disturbed absolutely no movement was felt. My husband states he misses that. We've only had this mattress a couple of months so I'm still willing to keep trying to adjust to the difference between the two.
