We just set up our new mattress on Saturday and I have to say we are loving it! Set up is a breeze but be aware - it is heavy! You will need 2 people to move it. I have not noticed ANY odor which I know some people have commented on. We set it up in the morning and slept on it that night. It is firm but not TOO firm - just right!!!

We got our sheet set and bed frame before our mattress, at least 2 weeks before. The mattress delivery date was actually pushed back twice and that was a little frustrating. Once the mattress showed up it was so incredibly easy to get the bed frame assembled. The hardest part of everything was getting our old sleep number bed unassembled and out of the bedroom. I’m SO happy with the bed. It’s deliciously comfortable and I’ve been sleeping very well.

First, it took almost 2 months for the mattress to ship. The mattress itself is disappointing. It is a lot firmer than I was expecting after reading reviews and information from various online resources. I keep hoping that I'll get used to it, but so far I have more back pain with this mattress than I had with my 15 year old innerspring mattress. Really disappointed.

I adore this bed! I am a single Mom with an 11 and 9 year old that tend to end up in my bed each night. The precious bed was broken and sunken in. This mattress is comfortable but a little more firm than expected. I prefer a medium plush feel and my husband a firm feel. So this mattress is perfect for him. However, we do not wake up with back pain like in our previous mattress. It is very heavy to move about and you will need deep pocketed sheets to cover mattress completely. I suggest a low profile box spring so that you don't have to use a step ladder to get into bed.

This bed is soft. I am a side sleeper and this bed feels comfortable after a month of adjustment from my previous bed. I will say that this bed is definitely better for a back sleeper. I've had this bed since December 2019 and i've not awoken to any back pain so far. Good bed for those who want something a little extra but can't afford the beds that they have their eyes on. Purchased a king size mattress and it is spacious. This bed is heavy but can be maneuvered by a single person if you have experience moving heavy objects. i moved this in the box upstairs one step flip at a time. It is tiring but possible with the proper approach. Personally, i could not smell any odors; I did spray my bed with a febreeze product once a day for three days just to make sure that i did not experience unpleasant odors during my first use. Make sure you allow your bed to fully expand before you use it, I let mine set for three days before putting the frame together and sleeping on the bed. Your bed may not inflate exactly like the picture shows. The advertisement picture is definitely for attracting customers. Other than some minor dimensional (maybe 5-10 cm at most) inconsistencies here or there on one side, my bed was as offered.

About 30 or so days in and my new hybrid DreamCloud mattress is EVERYTHING I’d hoped for and more. It’s super comfortable AND I wake up in the morning with absolutely NO back pain (previously had terrible issues)!!! Having never ordered a mattress on line before, naturally I was super nervous, but believed all would work out. I’m a petite side/combo sleeper and the medium firmness works fine for my needs. The top foam layers hug my curves and promote a great night’s sleep so far.
