My husband and I prefer a more firm bed, so we were a bit skeptical at first. After a few nights, it was official. We loved this mattress. This mattress has a great combination of firmness and softness that we were surprised by and makes for an awesome night's sleep.

I ordered my mattress on Feb 19 21. I have not received my order and I call every week to find out why the bed has not been shipped and nobody knows why. Every representative keeps telling me they will send and email when shipped. My mattress is to be paid off in may but I will probably be canceling my order if I dont get and update by the end of April. My experience with this company has been very disappointing and difficult.

Received my king size DreamCloud mattress almost 2 weeks ago. Set up was easy. Definitely takes 2 people to carry it to it’s destination. After setting it up we let it expand for about 3 hours. It had a little odor that was completely gone in a couple of hours. The bed was made easily with deep pocket sheets since it is 15 inches thick. This bed is replacing a Sleep Number 5000 which in all the years we’ve owned it I never found my number. I have disc issues in L4, L5 and L5, S1 as well as rotator cuff repair on right shoulder 2 years ago. My other bed did not have the support needed for my back and every morning I would wake up in pain and very tired because I woke up several times a night to toss and turn. Sleeping on my stomach was a no no because my old bed would cause my back to sag and cause excruciating pain and pressure against my spinal cord which affected my mobility. Since receiving the new mattress sleep has been been amazing. I’ve slept through the night and have been able to pop out of bed in the morning well rested and almost completely pain free (shoulder pain completely gone, lower back pain maybe a 1 or 2 whereas before 7 or 8 every morning). I would definitely recommend this mattress and how can you go wrong? If you don’t like it return it. What have you got to lose (besides great sleep if you don’t get this mattress)?

Mattress is harder than expected. first night got up pretty stiff, attributed that to the change to a new mattress and it wasn't fully expanded. second night and third were better but this morning I got up stiff again with a sore back. Wife has been doing better than she was on last mattress in terms of sore hips and shoulders, and does seem to be sleeping better so far. We'll see how it goes.

The mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive. I find myself waking up less during the night as movement from my husband (and the dog) do not disturb my slumber. I am definitely getting a better night's sleep. The mattress quality is excellent, the delivery was quick and not difficult to set up. I was a bit skeptical of buying a box mattress, but given the great return policy, I decided I couldn't lose. I made an excellent choice.

We did a lot of research before deciding on the DreamCloud mattress. While we are happy with it, it was obvious pretty much from day 1 that the downsides have been downplayed, and we didn’t appreciate that. The give around the edges is pretty significant, and it’s more firm than we expected, but overall we’re happy and plan on keeping our mattress beyond the warranty period. Thankfully the price is fair. In the future, we’ll probably take everyone’s advice and upgrade to a sleep number.

This mattress is comfortable but a little more firm than expected. I prefer a medium plush feel and my husband a firm feel. So this mattress is perfect for him. However, we do not wake up with back pain like in our previous mattress. It is very heavy to move about and you will need deep pocketed sheets to cover mattress completely. I suggest a low profile box spring so that you don't have to use a step ladder to get into bed.

We have tried 4 mattresses over the past 2 years, trying to find something that works for my husband (who has a bad back and prefers a firm mattress) and myself (who prefers a soft mattress) and this is it. Our mattress is soft enough for my achy joints and firm enough for my husband's back and we love it. THANK YOU DreamCloud!!!

I just received the bed, so I don’t know if I like it or not. I paid for the white glove service which includes old mattress haul away and the delivery company refused to take it. They said they definitely do not take away old mattresses. Trying to get ahold of dream cloud to resolve, but no luck there either.

This truly is a very comfortable mattress. Probably the most comfortable and well put together mattress I've ever slept on, HOWEVER, my only complaint is that my wife and i roll into each other when laying beside one another. The mattress is great if I'm laying on it by myself, but the two of us together is no bueno. There is also some motion transfer we aren't use to, especially since we used to have an all foam mattress. Unfortunately, for these two reasons we will be returning the mattress.
