We were hoping that the Premier would be a little softer on top than the normal memory foam, which we don't like. However, it really does just feel like a memory foam mattress. We've relegated this mattress to the basement guest bedroom. Too much hassle to return it.

When my husband and I first got married in 2015, we took our wedding money, went to the mattress store, and bought an ultra soft Serta mattress to replace our hand me down one. It was good for the first couple years but then it started to develop clear imprints where we would sleep, despite religiously rotating it every 3 months as the salesperson recommended. After two more years of waking tired with sore backs, we decided to buy a mattress online for our 4 year anniversary. We figured we didn't need to try it in store because that sure didn't help us the last time! After a lot of extensive research, we went with the Dreamcloud. What ended up selling me was the layers of support, the lack of off-gassing (which was my biggest concern as I don't do well with strong chemically smells), and the 365 night trial. My husband used to prop a billion pillows around himself to support his back, creating a wall between us. He no longer has to do this so we can actually snuggle at night again. We aren't waking up with sore backs anymore either. I am a side sleeper and I will admit the Dreamcloud is just a bit too firm to sleep on my side comfortably, but I added a slightly plush mattress protector we had with our old mattress and that did the trick perfectly. Our bed is now so comfortable that we even moved a TV into our room as it's more enjoyable sitting on than our couch! My husband and I are getting better sleep and no longer waking up exhausted. So far I’m very impressed. I really think I sleep cooler, and the mattress is the perfect firmness for me. I would describe the firmness as slightly over to the former side. There was a little bit of a plastic smell at first but after a few days was completely gone. My only warning is this mattress is heavy! Just something to keep in mind. I was shocked but I’m pretty sure that heavy structure help in the comfort department. I was very nervous about buying a bed online but I’m very happy with my choice. I’ve recommended it everyone. Great bed

it took so long for it to come due to pandemic and the company makes it impossible to actually speak to someone on the phone but when the mattress finally came. We could not be happier. It really is the best. No more aches when I get up in the morning.

We purchased this mattress after much research. Dream cloud seemed the best mattress for our needs. We had a traditional mattress and was leary about this type of bed. We should have made the switch sooner!! Awesome mattress. Comfort in all the right places. Will recommend it to family and friends

The Dreamcloud bed was highly recommended by my sister. I did a bit of research but probably not enough to know how soft the mattress is compared to the iCloud hybrid we were used to. We are not stiff or achy after sleeping on it, so it’s possibly supportive in its own soft way. We’ve had it about four months and still deciding if it is the mattress for us.

This bed is clearly a luxury mattress and I desperately wanted to love it. Unfortunately this mattress is not for us. My husband (5'10", 170lbs) and I (5'3", 120lbs) are both side sleepers and this mattress was simply too firm for us. He accepted it, I did not. We slept on the mattress for 6 weeks and to this day I still wake up multiple times throughout the night in uncomfortable positions or pain in my shoulders. I would have kept it if we were back or stomach sleepers but as a lightweight side sleeper, it's way to hard. I slept on top of the mattress, this is not a soft, cushiony bed you wrap yourself up in. So bummed it didn't work, we returned it after 6 weeks of trying to convince ourselves it was the right bed for us.

Its difficult to review a mattress because everybody likes a different feel. Me personally, I like a more firm mattress, and due to this I have been a little disappointed in the DreamCloud. I think it is a great and durable mattress and it is very comfortable, but I just wish it was more firm. At times, I feel like I am sinking in a bit. Again, this may be great for others. I do wish DreamCloud offered different firmness options.

We recevied our king Dreamcloud about two weeks ago. Shipment was fast and as we unpacjed the quality was quite obvious. It is a very heavy mattress so be sure to have someone help you with this process. At first "lay" I was quite disappointed on how firm the mattress was. The pillow top layer is soft but doesn't quite allow you to sink in like I had hoped. When I was deciding on which firmness to purchase I had a long discussion with one of the CSRs and was eventually steered away from the soft model (my original choice) and was convinced that the luxury firm model would be more than accomodating for a side sleeper because it was the "closest to what you would have experienced in a nicer hotel". In my oppinion no mattress at any hotel is this firm so if that is what your going for this is not the one. I really wish i would have went with my first instinct and purchased the softer model. So, for now I am trying to adapt to this one. I am experiencing back pain when I sleep on my side so I have been trying to sleep mostly on my back. Im not sure if this mattress is for us but we will give ourselves time to adjust and see how it works out. If your a back sleeper that wants a high quality firm mattress this is the one. For small side sleepers you may want to try the softer version. Both me and my wife are b/w 140 and 170lbs for a reference. Heavier side sleeper may like this one. Thats my two cents. Enjoy!

This mattress is unbelievably firm. The advertising makes it seem like the top layer is soft and allows you to sink in but I have woken up every day with aches and pains I've never felt before. I would compare this mattress to throwing a comforter on a tile floor and sleeping on it. I've had it for a week and will be returning it because I can't continue to wake up feeing like this.
