My husband and I decided (10+ years into marriage) that we should probably get a nice new mattress and stop using the hand-me-down he got years before we were even married, haha! I am pregnant with #4, and in need of a comfortable mattress, so I did some research and asked some friends. This mattress came up from a good friend of ours who was very happy with his purchase, so we decided to try it. We are SO happy we did. It is very supportive, yet soft, and very comfortable. My husband and I both sleep great on this mattress and we sleep on our backs, sides and stomach! I haven't added any additional toppers, I like it just the way it is. Highly recommend! Only problem is our kids realized how comfy our bed is now and are always in there snuggling on our bed or asking to sleep with us, ha! We've had it a few months now and it's been great since day 1.

I have two Dreamcloud mattresses. The first is exactly as advertised. The second is inferior. 13 inches deep instead of 15 inches as advertised. The new tag even lists 13 inches as specification. There is no cashmere top, it is 100% polyester. Finally. The 'sleep concierge' don't know their product and want you to prove it's an inferior product. I will be returning the second mattress. 8/27/19.

The mattress was delivered in just a few days after ordering. It was very easy to take to upstairs bedroom in the shipping box. Unboxed it and let it expand for 24 hours and has been a blissful sleep since. Good edge support, very comfortable and I would recommend this mattress to anyone that asks.

We’ve had the mattress for about 2 weeks and early reviews are positive. It replaced a traditional, 15 year old one that had seen better days. See the video for details about unpacking - it is quite amazing that such a good, king size mattress can be packed and packaged so efficiently. We also received a Serenity Package with our purchase. We immediately put on the mattress pad and sheet set and opened the pillows. Everything was of good quality and fit perfectly. The pillows are a perfect match to the bed and both my wife and I enjoy them. I find the mattress firm enough and evenly balanced in temperature; my wife has found it to sleep a bit hot. We appreciate the long trial period for DreamCloud mattresses and will update this review after an extended test.

Got this for my parents. My dad has a bad back and my mom hated her old mattress. We were hesitant because we were purchasing online. But felt secure with 365 night trial. It’s only been 4 days but it’s made a difference! It’s firm but not hard and uncomfortable. It’s plush but not too soft and clumpy. Thank you dream cloud! I will make a future purchase for myself! I can say its better than what we had. The plus is its for side sleepers. The minus is it doesn't help my back at all. It's ok for a guest room where you don't sleep on it all the time. That's where it's going. Out of the master bedroom because it doesn't cut it. Keep looking.

I rarely write reviews on product. This dream cloud hybrid mattress, I was expecting more but it was a disappointment for now. I have the bed for over 1-2 months and seem like the bed has not rise/ inflated all the way. There’s a air pocket along one side of the bed and seems like it sinks down. Definitely not as pictured on the website. I was really hoping this dream cloud would be better than my previous nectar. :cry:

This mattress is made really well and of great quality materials. Unfortunately it was too firm for me. Had it been more plush I would of kept it but unfortunately hd to return. Still giving it a high rating because it was just too firm for ME which isn't their fault!

My wife and I have been completely satisfied with our premier mattress we ordered. It is the perfect blend of coils and memory foam to make out nights of sleep restorative. The only drawback is be prepared to wait after you order one. We had to wait a month until we received ours.

After researching and reading reviews and comparing mattresses and prices, I finally ordered a Dream Cloud. We are loving it, it’s everything they claim and couldn’t be more pleased. Started sleeping better the first night and it just keeps getting better. Neck and shoulder pain almost gone, less tossing g and turning and sleeping thru the night most of the time. We are loving it.
