Coming from a Temperother brand and another fam mattress this takes some getting used to. The downside to the all foam beds is they don’t last. The start to develop a indentation in the area you sleep most. I am a side sleeper and my wife is a stomach/ back sleeper. Getting the right mix for both of us us tough. Our last bed left me with shoulder pain due to the indentation on my side. This is a bit more firm and it has taken a few weeks to get used to it. I would say so far not bad but not 100% sold on it, we are about a month in as far as using it.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Dreamcloud Premier mattress. I no longer wake up with an achy back nor do I toss and turn all night. From the first night sleeping on it there was an improvement in my quality of sleep. I contemplated two or three different mattresses before I finally decided to go ahead and order the Dreamcloud Premier. It’s the perfect amount of firmness and soft comfort all rolled into one. I definitely made the right decision.

This bed is amazing. I was skeptical that a new bed and adjustable frame could make that much difference in my sleep patterns. I am sleeping better and longer than I have for years. This is an amazing bed! Fast shipping and high quality product! Highly recommend.

I was having lower back problems before receiving our new DreamCloud mattress that weren’t stopping, even after multiple trips to the chiropractor. After my first night on our DreamCloud my back spasms stopped. I love how supportive our new mattress is!

We were looking for a firm comfortable mattress and found this one is used on a high end cruise line, so we decided to make the purchase. After waiting a month for delivery, we received the mattress and found it to be built sturdy. It has been almost 2 months and it is firm but it appears as if it sinks in the middle and I don't believe this mattress will last 5 years, I hope it doesn't get lumpy

There is nothing nice I can say about it. The mattress has puff squares that are too puffy. The topper that they sent me slides off the top of the mattress. The sheets don't stay on. The pillowcases don't stay on the pillows. The mattress protector is non breathable. If you don't want to have a good night sleep then bye dreamcloud mattress.

First of all, it took 2 weeks for me to receive the mattress, even though on the website it said 2-3 days. Then, the mattress was delivered and dumped in my driveway during a rainstorm. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell, I was home all day. By the time I noticed it was out there and dragged it inside, the packaging ripped. When I unrolled the mattress and set it up, I noticed a little rip/cut on the top of the mattress. Further it is extremely firm and uncomfortable, nothing like a "dream cloud" or the most comfortable bed as some reviews said on their website. I feel like I'm sleeping on a floor. I've tried several mattresses and this one is by far the most uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with not only the mattress itself, but also with the entire process.

At first, I thought the mattress wasn’t as soft as the one I tested in the store but it has softened up over time and I’m hoping it continues to soften a bit more. Otherwise, I’m loving it and am seeping better with less discomfort and aches when I wake up.

We recevied our king Dreamcloud about two weeks ago. Shipment was fast and as we unpacjed the quality was quite obvious. It is a very heavy mattress so be sure to have someone help you with this process. At first "lay" I was quite disappointed on how firm the mattress was. The pillow top layer is soft but doesn't quite allow you to sink in like I had hoped. When I was deciding on which firmness to purchase I had a long discussion with one of the CSRs and was eventually steered away from the soft model (my original choice) and was convinced that the luxury firm model would be more than accomodating for a side sleeper because it was the "closest to what you would have experienced in a nicer hotel". In my oppinion no mattress at any hotel is this firm so if that is what your going for this is not the one. I really wish i would have went with my first instinct and purchased the softer model. So, for now I am trying to adapt to this one. I am experiencing back pain when I sleep on my side so I have been trying to sleep mostly on my back. Im not sure if this mattress is for us but we will give ourselves time to adjust and see how it works out. If your a back sleeper that wants a high quality firm mattress this is the one. For small side sleepers you may want to try the softer version. Both me and my wife are b/w 140 and 170lbs for a reference. Heavier side sleeper may like this one. Thats my two cents. Enjoy!

Laying on the mattress instantly felt amazing. We’ve been in it for about a week and while it feels very comfortable, I have been waiting up with a little lower back pain. I read it may take 30 days for your body to adjust to a new mattress so I won’t lose hope yet.
