Took a chance on buying online with not knowing what to expect. Well there is no BS here. They told me it could take up to 2 weeks before it would arrive out of California to North Carolina. Was here in 6 days. Unboxed it and WOW my sleeping is so much better now than ever before. Usually when I awake I can not just lay there. The mattress is built with pride. Quality design, stitching, fabric and sleeping. Love it.

I have had my DreamCloud Premier for about 2 months now, but I am not 100% sure about it. I sleep better than I did on my old mattress, but still not great. It's a little hard which makes my shoulders and hips sore (I am a side sleeper), but I think it is still breaking in because my husband's side is softer. I got the more expensive model hoping for the best sleep ever, but, unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet.

Overall, the mattress is pretty comfortable and we’re sleeping much better than we did on our older one. However, it did off-gas much more than expected and I can still smell it even now and we’ve had it for well over a month. It is not a pleasant smell. Although it is very comfortable I was hoping the mattress would have a little more of a springy, bouncy feel considering it’s part innerspring. I was trying to get away from the “lifeless” and dense feel of memory foam. But that’s what this mattress reminds me of a little bit. We’re going to give it a couple more months.

We have been sleeping on our Dream Cloud for 5 nights now, and all I can say is that each night has been one of the best sleeps I can remember. No aches and pains when I wake up, just blissful deep sleep, we hardly move, no more tossing and turning to get comfy. Thank you Dream Cloud.

For my husband, the firmness is fine. He weighs 185 pounds. However, he does not like the matting on top. He can feel the stitching. It is deep and causes ditches in the bed. For me, I weigh 125 and am a side sleeper. The mattress is too firm. My body and back aches and is stiff from sleeping on it. Hoped that I would get used to it, but it doesn't look like it is going to happen.

I find this mattress to be very comfortable although it's not as firm as my previous mattress that we had which was a 10 inch memory foam. My husband has the same complaint. With our previous mattress when one of us got up in the middle of the night the other person was not disturbed absolutely no movement was felt. My husband states he misses that. We've only had this mattress a couple of months so I'm still willing to keep trying to adjust to the difference between the two.

At first it felt firm but so glad I stuck it out. After first week I loved it! I am 128lbs and my husband is 180. He likes former beds and I prefer soft. Took a little getting used to but it is super comfy! My husband immediately loved it. We got the pillows too and again, at first thought too hard but now love them too!

I took a chance and bought this mattress online. With the warranty it’s easy and worry free. The mattress is very high quality but heavier than expected. It’s on the firm side and I needed more softness to go with the excellent support. I added a plush topper and now it’s perfect. It was a very tight fit on my platform bed because it sits in the frame. May want to double check exact measurements of your bed and the mattress since it was larger than my last hybrid queen mattress by an inch in all dimensions.

I was a little hesitant to buy a DreamCloud mattress since we couldn't sit on one first. But I am so happy we took the chance and ordered one. It took 45 days to finally get the mattress (didn't like that part). At first it seemed really firm which is fine by me but my husband likes a softer bed. But by day three the foam really expanded and it was better. My husband and I have been sleeping great. No tossing and turning, not getting hot at night, no aches and pains the next morning. Not even when I sleep on my stomach which I haven't been able to do for years! Even our dogs stay in one spot all night. I would highly recommend this mattress and I would give their customer service five stars as well.

So far, this mattress is better than others we've had. Definitely less sore backs upon rising in the morning. Hoping it gets even better. I got a king size for us and a queen for our daughter. I like the top surface on the queen better than the king.
