I've had a Tempurpedic for many years (about 10 yrs) and while I loved it, it did get a little too soft and wasn't cutting it. I actually had back pains for a while and think I was losing sleep. I knew I wanted a combo (innerspring, pillow top) mattress next and went scouring the internet for it. I was worried it would be too soft because it looked so plush, but after a few weeks sleeping on this thing, I truly love it. I'm sleeping better and every position I turn into I instantly sink in and am so comfy. The little divets are a little deep and kind of threw me at first, but now I love them!

By most measures, the Dream Cloud Twin XL we ordered looked like an excellent choice - hybrid with foam and springs, nice 15' height, 365 day return policy, and the reviews looked excellent. However, both our first and then second replacement mattress had a very strong musty odor that did not dissipate. After almost a week, we put the second mattress in our 2-car garage for later disposal after trying to air it out in the living room, since the odor was too strong to sleep on it. It expectedly provided the same very strong odor in the garage. We have had a foam mattress in the past and expect a mild odor for a day or two, which this was definitely not. Dream Cloud said this was a very rare ocurrence and did offer to deliver that second defective mattress, and now will send a latex hybrid guaranteed to have no odor. I take their word this is an anomaly, but also hope they work to find out what happened and make sure no other mattresses have the same issue. I also suspect they are overall a good company and I wish them the best.

Love the bed so comfy. But the bed frame came ripped in the back of the headboard. The mattress protector also came ripped in spots. We also thought we ordered two pillows but some how only ordered one. Tried to order the second one and shipping is crazy. We live in Alaska and the shipping prices are crazy. We are apart of the US too.... finally never got the tracking information via email. Had to call to get it and hold times were insane... I really wanted to love this more. :(

When we bought this back in August I was pumped because I felt like I was going to sleep like a baby. However, now that we are 8 months in I don't feel like I have gotten better sleep. My wife's back often hurts in the morning as sometimes does mine. It was worth a shot, but it doesn't feel like this works for us.

I love my new mattress! I used to think certain hotels or my friend's guest bed mattress was what I needed in my life, but I was wrong. My Dreamcloud out-performs all of them! It's sooo comfortable. If you want a "cooling" experience that some mattresses advertise, you won't get that with the Dreamcloud, but I personally don't like to ever feel a cool sensation in bed (we have cold winters here). It's supportive without feeling too hard. You can see and feel immediately how well made it is. We financed our purchase, and that experience (with Affirm) has been just as wonderful as our mattress - they're very upfront, transparent, and helpful. I will absolutely buy my next mattress from this company and have already recommended Dreamcloud to several of my friends.

The quality of the mattress is top notch. Shipping and set up were ok. I wish the mattress topper would have arrived the same time. Had to make the bed twice in 2 days :shocked_face_with_exploding_head: The fumes lasted 4-5 days. Finally the firmness. I expected it to be softer and find myself struggling with the actual firmness. Not sure if it is going to be a keeper yet.

This is a very nice mattress and I love how high up it sits. But as a lightweight sleeper, 125lbs I think it’s too firm. I read before that you do not sink into the mattress like a memory foam and that is true. I am a side and stomach sleeper and wake up with my neck hurting and back. I bought a new mattress for back issues, now my neck hurts too. I’ve been sleeping on it a little over a week. I would rethink if you are lightweight. And the 6.5 on the firmness scale is pretty firm.

I tried Nectar, and found the mattress to be just too firm. I contacted Nectar, and they were great. They sent a topper (for free), but it was still not the feel I was looking for. The trial period was 365 days, and I notified them for a return after around six weeks. They were wonderful with the return. I have only good things to say about Nectar except the mattress was just not for me. I looked at a lot of other mattresses and DreamCloud seemed to have everything I was looking for (by description), and many great reviews. With DreamCloud having a 365 trial, it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. The DreamCloud is everything I wanted. Not too soft, not too firm, just right. Very, very comfortable. The tiny thing I found out is the mattress is so wonderfully thick, I need the deep pocket sheets. Not a problem, just a bit of information I am sharing. I love everything about the DreamCloud.

I bought this mattress amidst the rave and was quite excited to slept on it, bit was quite disappointment upon its arrival . I have used a sterns and foster as well as a shifman in the past and this mattress doe snot come close to either one. The firmness is quite lacking and comfort is nothing to write home about.

This mattress is well built however I am just not getting the relief I had hoped for on pressure points in my hips. I think it could be a great bed for many but for me so far not so much. I have decided to give it an honest try and break it in before I make a final determination though.
