It’s been about 4 years I’ve had no problem waking up on time for work since I’ve got the dream cloud I’ve been late about 4 times in 2 weeks super hard to wake up and go back to reality after about 6 hours on a dream cloud the pillows are a plus I’ve had to sleep with two pillows in the past now I find myself waking up with no pillow that’s how good this mattress is I’ve wanted this mattress since it first launched now i finally got one and honestly I couldn’t have been more satisfied. It’s one of those beds you sleep on when you go on vacation at a 5* hoteland say out loud ohh.... I wish my bed was this comfortable. Dream cloud thank you for this product 5 stars hands down

Was very excited by all of the positive reviews. Have struggled with getting used to the new DreamCloud mattress. Had quite a bit of shoulder and hip pain with side sleeping and waking up daily with back pain. It has improved but continue to have this pain intermittently. The mattress is ok but not as “dreamy” as I had hoped. Probably a little too firm for me. Delivery and packaging were good and very easy setup.

I was really surprised at how incredibly it is. Shocked actually. I thought it might take some time to get used to it. NOPE! The mattress is super comfortable and I enjoyed it right away. One thing to think about is mattress height. It was pretty high up there with my existing foundation. Didn't quite get a nose bleed, but it was close. Bought a low profile foundation and I'm super happy. Not climbing in or falling out of bed. I really couldn't be happier.

We purchased our dream cloud hybrid queen mattress in Nov of 2020. I have to agree with other reviews that the first 3 weeks for us were very rough. I honestly wanted to return it, but no returns until after 30 days. If it has been quite some time since you've replaced your mattress (15 yrs) this new mattress is going to be a big adjustment. Your body wasn't sleeping with the support it needed. So once you are actually aligned at night....look out. Lol We had awful back pain for about 3 weeks. But then something magical happened....we got the best nights sleep ever and the back pain went away. I can tell you 6 months in that we LOVE this bed. No more back pain or random aches in the morning. So comfortable. The pillows on the other hand... we're a house divided. I like my pillows to have some give, not too soft, but definitely not a brick. I tried, but even after weeks of rest those things are almost just as hard as when you first get them. So I went back to my old pillow. My husband uses the dream cloud pillow.

We received our mattress a few weeks ago and are enjoying a wonderful experience. The mattress is really supportive and I notice that it seems to keep me cooler while I’m sleeping which is great. It took a while to get our mattress (king size) but it has certainly been worth the wait.

We were surprised our mattress came in a bag to begin with. I don’t recall reading that when shopping. We kept an open mind and have had it for almost 2 weeks now. It seems to already be sagging in the spots we sleep in. I’m not tiny (5’6” 170) but this shouldn’t be happening. We will likely return.

Our area did not provide for a white glove set up. FedEx left the mattress on the porch and we struggled to get in in the house. We actually left it in the foyer for two full days after unwrapping it. It expanded immediately and when we had someone to help, it was ready and easily placed on our bed. I have only had one night on it but can tell I made the right choice after much research. If not for the difficulty in getting it in ourselves, this would be a 5 :star:️

The mattress is super comfortable. I would recommend it. I would not recommend the set up service. If I don’t need your old mattress hauled off save the money. The new mattress didn’t quite fit in our frame and the set up crew didn’t say anything. Just in packed it and left it hanging over the edge of the bed frame.

We received our queen mattress and foundation a just 5 days ago. So far so good. The mattress was a little finer than we expected, but it is very comfortable and we are waking with no aches and pains. That is not how it was with our previous mattress. We are looking forward to continuing to get acquainted with our new mattress. Service has been very good. Stay tuned.

Mattresses were fine just wish I didn't have a big gap in the middle and I can figure some way out to keep them closer was thinking maybe put a real on the side of the two beds because they continue to slide so if you're thinking about getting a twin XL you might want to do your research
