So, I want to start off by saying that I had to return the Dream Cloud. It was too firm for me and my wife. Having said this, however, if the mattress had been a little softer I would have kept it forever.\n\nThis is one BEAUTIFULLY constructed mattress. The warranty and return policy cannot be beat! The delivery for me was excellent. This mattress will last for a long time.\n\nHere's the thing. I spent more than last 15 years sleeping on latex or memory foam mattress. I had not experienced sleeping on any form of springs. If you are not used to sleeping on springs, then think hard before you purchase the Dream Cloud. It will be a firm experience and possibly too firm for petite or even average sleepers regardless of the position you sleep on. The reason for this is that Dream Cloud does not seem to soften much over time.\n\nIf you are used to springs and want the ultimate upgrade, Dream Cloud IS the mattress for you.\n\nMy recommendation for Dream Cloud is to make the mattress in different firmness levels and they will probably corner the hybrid market.\n\nThank you Dream Cloud for a great experience. I mourn it didn't work out.

I have slept one night plus one nap in my new bed and pillow from DreamCloud. I love with chronic pain and have a lot of spinal and nerve issues. My last bed was 19 years old and hurt to sleep in. I wanted a great bed but I couldn’t stomach the prices on some of the top competitors beds. I live with my boyfriend and also live with PTSD and MDD and sleep can mean nightmares and night terrors, I benefit greatly from sleeping with an emotional support dog. So for two adults plus a dog I wanted a King. The prices out there are CRAZY. I felt confident ordering the DCS because of the 365 night trial and I’m already in love after just two sleeps. THANK YOU for making something that is such a medical necessity for me, affordable and luxurious!!

We've been sleeping on a Dreamcloud since sometime in January, shortly after it was launched. It was a last minute switch from two other mattresses we'd narrowed down to to replace our very body-contoured, permanently compressed memory foam mattress of only a year or so. Initially I liked this mattress a lot, and my fiance still does for the most part. It may be due to my greater weight (not heavy per se, at 215 lbs) but I find that throughout the night as I sleep and the foam heats up my body creates a deeper depression in the middle than I would like - not enough support for my buttocks and mid-section - and I get a slight hammock-feel that causes me a bit of pain by morning. This is precisely the reason we replaced out former mattress, though it's to a *much* lesser degree. Still, at the price of this mattress compared to our former one, I'm not sure this can be a keeper for us. The warranty and return policy was a huge factor and as much as I'd like to keep it and not begin this process again, we're strongly thinking about returning it. Perhaps it's just a bit too much soft foam in the top layers - at the beginning of the night everything feels great, but I wake up many nights feeling "concave" and having to shift the middle of the bed and out of the "valley" that's been formed. Overall we really love this mattress, but this one issue may cause us to give it up. Everything else about the mattress exudes extremely high quality.

My husband and I have needed a new bed for at least a year. Neither of us are great sleepers to begin with and our worn out mattress was giving us both back pain as well as other aches and pains. After a lot of research and Youtube videos we decided to take the risk and order a DreamCloud. We live on Nantucket island so we didn't have high hopes of receiving it in a timely manner, but we did! The box was VERY beat up and we were concerned, but the mattress itself was so well packaged there were no issues at all. When I received the box and was concerned I reached out to customer service. They were very responsive and assured me if there was any damage the situation would be addressed. Luckily all was good once we opened it up. The bed itself is incredibly comfortable. We have both been sleeping so much better with less back pain. My husband used to toss and turn, moving constantly. He hardly moves at all in this bed! Hopefully it wears well and lasts a long time because we are very happy with it so far.

After trial-ing (6) different beds we finally found the DreamCloud mattress. It is the best bed we have ever had..We were very weary that it was just "another rolled-up" bed...we were so surprised after it "inflated". Only one complaint...gass is very strong for the first 3-4 days. Take the time to let it air out before sleeping on it...Caused my husband to have headaches.

Can't give this any more stars. We purchased the bed on February 16, it is now mid April and still no bed. I understand a few days or weeks in a delay, but 2 months? Starting to question if this is how the business is ran, will the product be the same?

We like the mattress we bought a year ago but this second buying experience has been a disaster - made worse by the fact that you think we have our mattress - which is now delayed by over a week from confirmed ship date with no update on when it will arrive. You also have my last name wrong.

I bought this mattress amidst the rave and was quite excited to slept on it, bit was quite disappointment upon its arrival . I have used a sterns and foster as well as a shifman in the past and this mattress doe snot come close to either one. The firmness is quite lacking and comfort is nothing to write home about.

This is the best king size mattress I've owned. I really love it I've been sleeping so well. I literally fall asleep within minutes of laying down. No more sleeping with the fan on either. I'm not hot at night like I used to be with my old brand. I love that I can take the cover off and wash it even very easy and simple. I love my new mattress! I used to think certain hotels or my friend's guest bed mattress was what I needed in my life, but I was wrong. My Dreamcloud out-performs all of them! It's sooo comfortable. If you want a "cooling" experience that some mattresses advertise, you won't get that with the Dreamcloud, but I personally don't like to ever feel a cool sensation in bed (we have cold winters here). It's supportive without feeling too hard. You can see and feel immediately how well made it is. We financed our purchase, and that experience (with Affirm) has been just as wonderful as our mattress - they're very upfront, transparent, and helpful. I will absolutely buy my next mattress from this company and have already recommended Dreamcloud to several of my friends.
