The mattress is more firm than I expected. I got the premier because it had extra comfort foam but it's still more firm than I wanted. I'm a side sleeper so it affects my hips. Back sleeping, it's comfortable. So far the foam is holding up with no sagging or cratering like the name brand expensive mattress it replaced.

My wife and I did our research and decided on Dreamcloud. The first night sleeping on the mattress was pleasant, but we were both very tired and didn't get a chance to fully appreciate it. The second night was like a foodie trying a new recipe. Nice. Today my wife told me that her back and hips weren't bothering her as much, 'think it's the mattress?' We're now both sleeping through the night. That's the rest we were looking for.

There is no question DreamCloud's hybrid mattress is very well crafted. I am an architect and in our profession we pay close attention to every step of process & detail of construction. These folks thought of everything. The compressed, rolled up mattress came in 2 navy blue bags, one draw-string outer meant to take the abuse of the transit. Sure enough, the plastic pocket on which the label is placed was half-ripped from the bag but no harm done. It's meant to protect what's inside. The inner zipper bag was clean, had sewed on handles & facilitated 2 persons to carry the very substantive mattress upstairs into the bedroom. Guess in case we want to return it, the inner bag will serve as the container. Now how you force out the air and fit in the bag would of course be a challenge but nothing like those that came in a cardboard box. The bags each rolled nicely into a small tube the size of a tennis ball tube. Very thoughtful design. The mattress unrolled easily, and started hissing even before we cut open the clear & totally clean plastic seal/wrap and quickly filled up to its designed normal dimensions. And there is barely any odor, that's an excellent sign that the materials used are not hazardous to your health due to off-gassing of VOC which is always a problem with foam products, though we did have all windows open to help dissipate any anticipated smell. That wasn't necessary at all. Bravo. Now, as for dream-cloud like comfort, the verdict is still out. We have ceased waking up stiff and tired, but it would be untrue to say we awake refreshed and totally relaxed, but then you can't blame the mattress for everything either. We'll give both the mattress and our bodies sometime to adjust and acclimate to the new relationship. Perhaps we need to look into pillows and how they may be adversely affecting our rest. My wife is 5' & < 100 lb, I am 5'8" & < 150 lb, and we both sleep in all kinds of position except face down, so perhaps the pillow top of the mattress isn't quite soft enough given our body build. I would really hate to go through the trouble of returning it, since it's such a well-made and handsome-looking mattress.

Mattress is harder than expected. first night got up pretty stiff, attributed that to the change to a new mattress and it wasn't fully expanded. second night and third were better but this morning I got up stiff again with a sore back. Wife has been doing better than she was on last mattress in terms of sore hips and shoulders, and does seem to be sleeping better so far. We'll see how it goes.

We were surprised our mattress came in a bag to begin with. I don’t recall reading that when shopping. We kept an open mind and have had it for almost 2 weeks now. It seems to already be sagging in the spots we sleep in. I’m not tiny (5’6” 170) but this shouldn’t be happening. We will likely return.

I wish I could give this mattress a good review, but sadly I can’t wait to send it back. It is very uncomfortable. I have woken up with a sore back every night since purchasing. It doesn’t support my lower back since the buttons make large divots. My husband and I are average size people. 6’ 190lbs for him; 5’7” 145 for me. I’m counting on an easy and quick return since that’s what your company has promised in your ads.

I have never slept on a comfier bed. Hands down would recommend this bed over and over and over. It's only been two weeks but been the most amazing sleep ever. I don't sleep well and would toss/turn all night, or at least I did, but now I barely move during the night! My sleep has never been better. My boyfriend was nervous at first as he likes firmer beds but after our second week, he's having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning as he's enjoying his sleep too! If we both could give more than 5 stars, we would! You won't be disappointed!

This bed really has been great. 8 months later and I’m back online to buy their pillows. This bed hits the sweet spot between comfortable and supportive like advertised. I’m so glad I did my research and landed on this one. This is by far the best bed I’ve ever slept on.

We have had our dream cloud set up now for 5 days! We are sleeping sound, peaceful and wake up energized! The first few nights were an adjustment. There is an odor in the mattress, however it does go away! Very pleased with our purchase so far :heart:️

We were hoping that the Premier would be a little softer on top than the normal memory foam, which we don't like. However, it really does just feel like a memory foam mattress. We've relegated this mattress to the basement guest bedroom. Too much hassle to return it.
