I did a lot of research before choosing this mattress and chose it because so many reviewers stated it was too firm. I like a firm mattress. This felt good to me for about a week but since then I am suffering from back aches every morning and I toss all night. It's mushy and just not comfortable to me. Sorry to say but it is anything but firm. :-(

We haven’t even had this bed frame with the headboard for 6 months and it’s already causing problems. The bar in the middle that supports the bed vertically is constantly moving, making the middle of the mattress sink, and the bed shift side to side. I weight 100 lbs and my husband weighs 150 lbs. We have a king sized bed and of course the frame to match. We'll be laying down and make a quick shift to the right or left and the three stands on holding the verticle bar up, fall over. We’ve tried tightening the screws and it still happens. The frame looks nice but the quality is CHEAP. Seriously don’t waste your money.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. Was in desperate need of a new mattress and chose dream loud after lots of research. I now get an amazing night sleep and I don’t wake up with pain in my back anymore. I would definitely recommend this mattress. The customer service was also outstanding.

I bought this mattress on March 2021 and they delivered on may 2021. I was so excited thought all my ache problem will be gone. It didn’t resolve my sciatica problem instead it produced shoulder and legs problems. If I sleep straight it is okie, but this will not support side sleepers. Now again I bought floor mat and sleeping there now. Just today only I request for my return process.

So far, so good. I am sleeping as well as can be expected at my age. Tempurpedic? Too hot and too expensive. Prime Sleep? “Dent” where I sleep within a month. I bought this mattress online without ever trying it because they give you 365 days to test it out. I am still in the testing year, but so far, no “dents/sags” and it is comfortable on my aching joints. I reserve the right to return it if I experience any of the above mentioned negatives.

It’s been about 4 years I’ve had no problem waking up on time for work since I’ve got the dream cloud I’ve been late about 4 times in 2 weeks super hard to wake up and go back to reality after about 6 hours on a dream cloud the pillows are a plus I’ve had to sleep with two pillows in the past now I find myself waking up with no pillow that’s how good this mattress is I’ve wanted this mattress since it first launched now i finally got one and honestly I couldn’t have been more satisfied. It’s one of those beds you sleep on when you go on vacation at a 5* hoteland say out loud ohh.... I wish my bed was this comfortable. Dream cloud thank you for this product 5 stars hands down

Along with the DreamCloud mattress we opted for adjustable frame. For the first time in my 76 years I am sleeping on my back! It has taken my wife a little longer to adjust to the bed, but is now sleeping through the night. Couldn’t be more pleased. Glad we made the this move.

We have only had our mattress for a couple of weeks now. The mattress is made well but it’s not as soft and plush as I thought from the description. I understand it will take some time for our bodies to adjust to the new mattress, so we will re-review in a few months.

We've been sleeping on a Dreamcloud since sometime in January, shortly after it was launched. It was a last minute switch from two other mattresses we'd narrowed down to to replace our very body-contoured, permanently compressed memory foam mattress of only a year or so. Initially I liked this mattress a lot, and my fiance still does for the most part. It may be due to my greater weight (not heavy per se, at 215 lbs) but I find that throughout the night as I sleep and the foam heats up my body creates a deeper depression in the middle than I would like - not enough support for my buttocks and mid-section - and I get a slight hammock-feel that causes me a bit of pain by morning. This is precisely the reason we replaced out former mattress, though it's to a *much* lesser degree. Still, at the price of this mattress compared to our former one, I'm not sure this can be a keeper for us. The warranty and return policy was a huge factor and as much as I'd like to keep it and not begin this process again, we're strongly thinking about returning it. Perhaps it's just a bit too much soft foam in the top layers - at the beginning of the night everything feels great, but I wake up many nights feeling "concave" and having to shift the middle of the bed and out of the "valley" that's been formed. Overall we really love this mattress, but this one issue may cause us to give it up. Everything else about the mattress exudes extremely high quality.

After reading a ton of reviews and watching video reviews, I was super excited to get this mattress. We got it the end of May 2019. After several months, I was not impressed with the mattress, and it was just ok but I was being lazy about the time frame to return. (I really wasn't looking forward to mattress shopping again so we just kept sleeping on it.) As 2020 was rolling along, in March, we started to observe a decent hump between out normal sleeping spots in the mattress (king mattress, we weigh about 130 and 180, so not large or heavy people). Also in March the pandemic was beginning, and it didn't seem like a good idea to do any excess shopping for a mattress. Then there were supply issues, so we just kept the mattress because we felt trapped by everything. Here we are now in year 2 and it's not any better. The "HUMP" is still there and slightly bigger but according to the warranty within the limits of allowable dip/sinkage. It is a pretty firm mattress, and I am a side and stomach sleeper. so I often wake up with numb arms from pressure points on my shoulders due to the firm foam layer. I would buy a topper which may help this, but I don't really want to spend more money on this mattress when we are likely to start the mattress shopping experience again. (UGH!) The good things I can say about the mattress are that it does not transfer much movement when your partner moves and there is no "sink in" feeling people describe with some memory foam hybrid mattresses. I hope this review is helpful to others as it goes over a 2 year period. If it hadn't been for the pandemic, we would have returned this mattress in May of 2020.
