This mattress is amazing! Hands down. I rely so much on reviews and did SO much research to find the best mattress out there. I’m so glad we came across this one!!! It’s soft, yet firm and I absolutely love crawling into bed now. I love a soft bed and my husband loves a more firm so it’s the perfect combination for us! He gets up earlier in the mornings than I do and I never feel him get out of bed. We’ve had the mattress in use for a month now and I can honestly say there’s no going back! I recommend getting the mattress protector with this purchase! The mattress is thick so I wanted a protector that was made just for this mattress! It’s pricey but totally worth it! It is extra thick and adds to the comfort of the bed but it also is designed to protect the mattress from anything and everything. Totally worth it! I bought 18” thick sheets for this mattress. Took a chance on buying online with not knowing what to expect. Well there is no BS here. They told me it could take up to 2 weeks before it would arrive out of California to North Carolina. Was here in 6 days. Unboxed it and WOW my sleeping is so much better now than ever before. Usually when I awake I can not just lay there. The mattress is built with pride. Quality design, stitching, fabric and sleeping. Love it.

We just set up our new mattress on Saturday and I have to say we are loving it! Set up is a breeze but be aware - it is heavy! You will need 2 people to move it. I have not noticed ANY odor which I know some people have commented on. We set it up in the morning and slept on it that night. It is firm but not TOO firm - just right!!!

I never thought that I would spend so much on a bed but I was desperately needing some relief on my back. Well it worked! No more back aches in the morning. I do have one problem though, I bought a split king to go on the adjustable platforms that I bought with the mattress because my sleeping position and my wife’s would probably not be the same. We now have to deal with a crack right down the middle each night. There should be some sort of a rail along the sides to keep them from separating so bad. I’m thinking of brackets similar to what is furnished for the foot of the bed. I would have gave five stars if not for that problem. I am hoping that there will be a fix for it, I would be willing to install myself. Don’t really know what to do! HELP!!

I was initially very excited to purchase this mattress because I tried it in store and it felt AMAZING. I had back surgery at the beginning of the year for a herniated disc and needed a new mattress with good support. This mattress feels great when you're first laying on it, but I'm a side sleeper and every morning I wake up with lots of hip and back pain. I actually haven't even been able to sleep through the night since getting it a month or two ago. Im sad about it because its really comfortable when just lounging in bed, but after a few hours, my body starts to really ache. I think it is too firm, and I'm a heavier person so usually the firmer the better. But its too much. I think I would've been better off with the regular dreamcloud mattress. I will likely be returning unfortunately.

The service, presentation and shipping of the product is all great. While the mattress is considered med/firm it is still very soft for my taste (my daughter described it as a waterbed). As it does sleep well and I am trying to adjust, but it is softer than I expected.

I've been sleeping on my DreamCloud for about a week now and, so far, I'm loving it. It's supportive but not so firm that it's uncomfortable for me. I don't wake up with new aches and pains every morning. I'm a furnace when I sleep but I haven't woken up overheated once since switching to the DreamCloud! I believe my quality of sleep has improved as well. I'm not waking up during the night as frequently as I used to and, when I do wake up to use the restroom or because my cat walked across my head, I return to sleep easily. My only complaint is that I'm having a difficult time getting out of bed in the morning because I'm so comfortable on my DreamCloud that I really really just want to stay there.

The bed and frame arrived as promised - the delivery guys did a great job of assembling the bed and disposing of our old bed. There was no communication from Dreamcloud after I ordered the bed until it was shipped. But the bed is great, high-quality, and I sleep well on it.

I have had my mattress for 7 months now, and I am extremely disappointed with the pain I feel every morning! I weigh 165lbs and I dont understand how my side of the bed has a permanent sink in it. I know I am side sleeper, but this is horrible. I will be returning my mattress. I had such high hopes. Very upsetting.

Wife and I love this matress.some reviews said it was to soft not at all I would agree with the Dreamcloud team its right in the middle 5-6 with 10 being real firm .would recommend this hybrid matress to anyone its definitely worth the money . Ps pillows and sheets aren't bad either
