My first impression with the company was poor due to a number of shipping missteps and poor communication. Eventually I got the mattress and so far after about a week I think I like it. It seemed too firm at first but seemed that either it softened up after the first few days or my body has possibly gotten more used to it. The tufted top took some getting used to as well but I think now that I've had it for a little bit I like it now. It sleeps a little warm but I don't wake up sweating or anything. I do notice that if my wife sleeps too close to me I tend to sink a little bit towards her, but usually she stays on her side and it isn't a problem. The motion transfer is much better than my previous mattress but not as good as others I've seen. Anyway...still on the fence but I will say it's definitely a high quality product. I think the more time goes by the more I like it so we'll see how I feel in another week or two.

In April, I purchased the Dream Cloud. I love the new mattress. I sleep better and my husbands back doesn’t hurt. I also purchased the platform frame. The frame is nice and lightweight, but we didn’t realize how high the bed would sit. We took off the legs on the frame and now it’s perfect height. This mattress was definitely a great purchase!

My wife and I looked a many mattress's during this time we came across the Dream Cloud. This is a very good investment. Our sleep has improved, the quality of this mattress is super. I slept on a firm mattress prior to this and so decided with all the coils and other added features we felt this mattress would exceed our expectations. The Setup was simple we just opened the box and followed the instructions. I could not wait for our first night of slept on our new mattress. It was super. night time could not come soon enough again. I would strongly recommend this DreamCloud Premier Mattress to everyone.

After having a foam mattress for nearly 10 years (Bravada high quality Temperpedic alternative), we had to brave the crazy mattress marketplace. It was a very stressful experience trying to make the right choice, but most companies offered good return policies and made trialing their mattress easy. We were not happy with our 1st choice, the Amerisleep AS3, because it slept WAY too hot and had an uncomfortable "flatness" and hard feeling to it. \nAfter accepting that we needed to return it and start our search again, I was drawn to the Dreamcloud because of the pillow-top look (and hopefully feel!), as well as the hybrid concept which I hoped would allow us to sleep more cool. We really love the feel of some foam mattresses, but they needed to have that just right feel...not too soft where you sink in (since my husband sleeps a lot on his stomach) and not too firm or like a foam "slab". The Dreamcloud fit this match perfect. It's only been a week or two, but I am already very pleased with the cooler sleeping as well as the softer cushy feel of the pillow-top even though it doesn't sag and compress too much. I would say, because I haven't slept on a mattress with springs on it for so long, I forgot that they do tend to transfer movement more with a partner, but once sleeping it was never anything that woke me. Overall, we are very happy and I'd recommend it - the Dreamcloud is really like sleeping on a cloud!

Buy this mattress! You seriously won’t regret it. This is the second one I’ve bought. I bought my first DreamCloud for my daughter when they were new and so I got a really sweet deal. My daughter loved her DreamCloud over the last two years. When it came time to replace my old mattress the choice was clear DreamCloud. However, there were no more deals..I waited a year and nothing. I guess their reputation now proceeds them.And just as my daughter I loves this mattress as much as she does.It helped me sleep better at night. Fast delivery and puffed up enough to sleep on after a couple of hours

First off - I rarely write reviews, but I really love this mattress. We had been sleeping on a mattress that was too firm for several years. After waking up everyday with a stiff back and neck I decided we needed to make a change. After some research we landed on Dream Cloud and I am SO happy we made the switch! It is the perfect combination of plush and firm and we are both sleeping better. Some others complained about a chemical smell, but I did not experience that at all. We removed the packaging and let it rest for a night before sleeping on it to allow it to fully decompress. We love it! My only con is that after placing my order there was little communication on the status of my order. About a month later it just appeared in my driveway. Luckily, we had already removed the old mattress and were ready to set up the new mattress.

First week I've had some back issues with the new mattress. Biggest thing I can point to is the large dips in the pillowtop, which seems to cause my body to be off balance and constantly needing repositioning. Hoping over the next couple weeks things improve as I adjust to the new mattress but as of now looking like I will have to return.

I loved this when I first got it. So comfy and nice. I first started noticing poor edge support about 2 years in. I've had it for 6 years and am seeing sagging, poor edge support, and I'm waking in pain every day. I don't expect mattresses to last forever but I would have expected more than. 2 years without problems for what was paid.

The mattress is super comfortable. I would recommend it. I would not recommend the set up service. If I don’t need your old mattress hauled off save the money. The new mattress didn’t quite fit in our frame and the set up crew didn’t say anything. Just in packed it and left it hanging over the edge of the bed frame.

We recevied our king Dreamcloud about two weeks ago. Shipment was fast and as we unpacjed the quality was quite obvious. It is a very heavy mattress so be sure to have someone help you with this process. At first "lay" I was quite disappointed on how firm the mattress was. The pillow top layer is soft but doesn't quite allow you to sink in like I had hoped. When I was deciding on which firmness to purchase I had a long discussion with one of the CSRs and was eventually steered away from the soft model (my original choice) and was convinced that the luxury firm model would be more than accomodating for a side sleeper because it was the "closest to what you would have experienced in a nicer hotel". In my oppinion no mattress at any hotel is this firm so if that is what your going for this is not the one. I really wish i would have went with my first instinct and purchased the softer model. So, for now I am trying to adapt to this one. I am experiencing back pain when I sleep on my side so I have been trying to sleep mostly on my back. Im not sure if this mattress is for us but we will give ourselves time to adjust and see how it works out. If your a back sleeper that wants a high quality firm mattress this is the one. For small side sleepers you may want to try the softer version. Both me and my wife are b/w 140 and 170lbs for a reference. Heavier side sleeper may like this one. Thats my two cents. Enjoy!
