Sabrina made my request for rusted out parts a breeze. A reply email from the start took a while because of covid, and some of the replacement parts will take a while because of covid to arrive. Other than things out of there control my experience was great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddos love this swing set! The only downside was putting it together. Everything can only go together one specific way and you'll basically get nearly finished and realize that one of the earlier steps was off and you'll have to take it all apart and start all over! So the directions could be more clear about that. But, after it is finished...its awesome!

Playset was delivered but they wouldn't go up our driveway. My Husband had to meet them and load the large crate and move it to our backyard. The instructions weren't always accurate, but he figured it out. Took a good 2 days to complete, the tower part is the most time consuming. Set is nice and sturdy which is what we'd expect for a set this price. The older Grandkids are 9 & 10 and for them when they swing high it does pull up from the ground a bit. Otherwise we are satisfied and hope it lasts for many years.

Every time I spoke to someone in customer service regarding replacement parts for my playset I ended the call thinking I was fully satisfied, however each time the order showed up it was missing parts. This is the fourth time I had to call them trying to get an anchor kit for my playset which was originally requested 3 weeks ago. I'm beginning to know why the companies name is LIFETIME, because while the customer service is great, it takes a lifetime to actually acquire all the parts you need. Hopefully this time they will get the order straight, hey look, my playset just blew down the street!

This swing set seems very sturdy and resistant to the elements. I found the assembly instructions to be very clear, simple and easy to understand. The only thing I feel it might need is better anchoring tie downs but I've found my own system that works well. I love that it's made in the USA!

Was fun and fairly easy to put together. It was my 17 year old daughter and myself who did most of the work with some help from my 11 & 4 year old daughters as well. My wife and myself can both be swinging at the same time with very little movement. Great investment.

This swing set turned out great! It took my husband and I about 7 hours total (including uncrating, unboxing, and a run to the store for a tool & drill bit) to get it put together. I think the main things to remember during installation would be: 1. Always know where the main post is on the tower in the instructions (it has a sticker and the drilled holes are in different spots than the rest), this will keep you from having to disassemble and reconfigure. 2. Go slow and don't over tighten, especially on the monkey bar uprights, ours got a bit too tight and the beam lost its circular shape at the top and made attaching the rungs of the monkey bar a beast. 3. This set is heavy!! Make sure you have an assistant who can help with lifting and holding, it's not a one person job! Overall my kids are loving the rock walls, and the swing tower is taller than our old set so they can swing higher and that's exciting too! The slide is speedy and the lookout tower affords hours of pretend play! I'd buy it again, I'd recommend it to a friend, the value is there, 100%!

This product has one of the most thought out and thorough assembly processes that I have ever undertaken. Hardware is conveniently pre-sorted by each major step and the assembly manual walks you through the process from start to finish. Have an issue? No worries, they include an assembly guide on the "Bilt" app that clears up any confusion that you may not be able to gain from the manual. The manual suggests 3 adults and 8 hours of assembly time, I was able to complete it almost completely by myself in about 16 hours over 2 days. l would suggest a helper for assembling the monkey bars and attaching the roof to the adventure tower. Quality of construction is excellent, and holds up to 5 kids playing with it daily. Would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great playset! Be prepared to spend a few days putting it together, and follow directions Exactly! Or else you'll waste time redoing sections later. My kids love it, though, and I couldn't be happier with the end result!
