I bought this because of all of the features included, the durability of other Lifetime products we own, and because it looks like a quality set that my kids will enjoy for years to come. I only rated 4 stars because we were missing a part (not essential to structural integrity). Customer service has been amazing, though, on initially communicating a production delay, then on assisting us with delivery issues, and finally on getting us the replacements for the missing parts. It took about 10 hours for my husband and I to put together. The kids couldn't wait to get on it!

We just assembled this play-set so it hasn't yet stood the test of time and hard play, but it certainly seems sturdy and well-built. Kids love it! We really like that there will never be splintering wood, and the bolts are smooth and kid-friendly. The directions are clear, and nearly all of the parts are well labeled. We found reading other customers' reviews to be more helpful than the videos. My farmer-husband and I are near 70 but physically fit, and we completed it in a hot 3 day weekend. Folks with a time-crunch could do it in less time, but we were not trying to rush. We saved putting the roof on for the very last as we did need two more adults to help hold it up. The main thing that didn't work were the 10 holes in the platform that were supposed to match up with the supporting beams below. We drilled the holes in the marked depressions as directed, but when the platform was placed on the horizontal metal supports, the holes didn't line up with metal below. My husband bent four 8" pieces of angle iron into L shapes and secured the platform down with 2" sheet metal screws (5/16") at the 4 main poles. Attaching the collar of the swing beam bar to the tower pole was challenging. We tried everything to get the holes to line up, but finally had to slightly enlarge one of the holes with a drill.

We bought this playset for our grandchildren. It took my husband a week to assemble it (with occasional help from others) and there were a few glitches along the way. Directions need to be more clearly written and diagrams better. The orientation of the floor supports for the tower are not clearly indicated, therefore the floor was not installed in the proper orientation. This necessitated some modifications when attaching the slide and ladder. All in all it is a great set which our grandchildren will enjoy for many years. Just be sure to have plenty of patience and tools for the assembly!

We looked at several different swing sets for our 3 kids (14, 6, 1). We ended up going with this one because the deck was higher so we felt like the kids would to use it for more years than the smaller ones. It being metal means no yearly maintenance. Delivery was super simple thanks to Estes. All the parts were there. It is a bear to put together. It was just me and my husband and it took us about a week working on it for several hours a day! Overall, great quality and all of our kids really enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lifetime Adventure Tower with Monkey Bars is durable, made of quality parts, and is plenty large enough to last a long time for our two kids who are currently 6 & 8. They have been playing on it non-stop since we set it up. The set up took my husband and I far less time than we were anticipating. It only took us one full day plus 1 hour the following day. And we took our time. It's a fantastic, solid structure. We couldn't be happier with this product! It truly is made to be the best of the best!

My husband and I bought this play set after looking at several play sets. It took a team of 4 to put this set together. It took us a total of 6 hours to complete. It will be helpful to have a project manager and have everyone else follow directions. Have extra tools on hand, plenty of water and shade. have fun and take pictures. our children loved playing with the empty boxes as we put the set together.

Our grandchildren love the playground. It is well made. The instructions were clear. Three of us put it together in about 7 hrs. I recommend having at least 3 people. If one person monitors the instructions, the other 2 can do the construction. Well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great playset and good quality, the kids love it. It took awhile to get and although the parts were all there, some of them were marked incorrectly causing a few more headaches then were necessary. We did get it together in about 8 hours with 2 people. Definitely worth the wait. Also looks great!

Was fun and fairly easy to put together. It was my 17 year old daughter and myself who did most of the work with some help from my 11 & 4 year old daughters as well. My wife and myself can both be swinging at the same time with very little movement. Great investment.

The playset is well-designed and easy to build, it just takes some time. The kids love it and have been on it every day. It's commercial grade, like you would find in a park and since it's made from steel, it should last forever, very little maintenance... a great purchase!!
