This playset is EVERYTHING we were looking for! The package is huge, delivered on a flatbed truck weighing nearly 800 pounds; it was intimidating to look at. Once opened and pieces distributed, the assembly is pretty easy. Hubby unhurriedly put the entire structure together by himself in about 5 days. As others mentioned, do not strip the bolts. We would add use of the BILT app (free) is amazing and a super supplement to the paper instructions included. We have 3 sons (5, 3 & 1) who all find something different to do when playing on the set. It's sturdy/solid, well-made and feels safe (even I play on it with the kids). We purchased a bucket seat for our littlest to temporarily replace the trapeze bar. Hope your set is as enjoyable as ours; we only regret not buying it earlier (pre-COVID-19).

Purchased this playset for my granddaughter and it's a wonderful investment. She absolutely adores playing on the equipment and I don't have to go to public parks for her to have great fun. Unit is excellent quality! Unless you're a handyman, be prepared to pay to have it put together. I did and the 2 men completed assembly in approximately 6.5 hours. It was worth every penny.

We have owned this playset for nearly 6 years. Our grandkids absolutely love it. It is very well-designed so that even the 3 year old can play safely on it. A few parts were worse for wear after a LOT of use and harsh NE winters. We were able to order replacement parts very easily and found customer service to be pleasant and helpful.

Very well built, took 3 people 8 hours to assemble. The directions are not wrong in any place, you just have to look at them very carefully and put things in the right place. We did disassemble a few pieces because we didn't look at the pictures close enough. It goes faster if you have a drill with 3/16" hex bit, and ratchet with 1/2" deep socket.

Got this a little over a month ago and the kids love it. Put it together by myself in about 9 hours. You only need a second set of hands to tighten a couple nuts in the middle of the floor but you could cut the time in half with just one more person. As long as you follow the directions it is an extremely easy build. Kudos to Lifetime for a quality product with good directions. Only complaint I could come up with is that the monkey bars are pretty slick. Might try to put some grip on the somehow for the kids.

We had to get get some replacement parts for your Adventure Playset. Unfortunately COVID hit and the parts were held up in China for about a year. I worked with Heidi Marion who is one of your Customer Service Reps and she kept me updated of the progress of the shipment. She was awesome throughout this entire process. Many kudos to her!!!

Definitely worth the money we paid. It came with all the parts. Nothing was missing. Everything was in great condition. Lifetime is a great name for these products because it is so strong. It will last a lifetime. I could not be happier with my purchase of course the time to put it together is quite extensive, it took three days and three adults to fully assemble it but even with that it definitely was worth it.

I'm still building the playset and needed help with a part that blew away in a wind storm. Other than a long wait time to get a person, the experience was great. The customer service agent was very helpful in finding the right part and getting it ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids absolutely love this swing set, quality materials. The anchor system i feel should be sturdier. We used the two cable anchors sent to anchor down the monkey bars, and anchored the tower down inside with 4 fence post tied down, the play set survived 70+ MPH wind with no shifting or damage!

Directions weren't clear at times. Things didn't line up like they should
