Directions weren't clear at times. Things didn't line up like they should

Have had it 2 months and it's already rusting in many spots. It's rusting from the inside, and at the joints.

Most of it is very well built. Some parts(ladder, fire pole, steering wheel) are questionable. Fasteners are poor quality.

It took me 15hrs to erect. Very good instructions except you need keep track of the swing connection pole on the SKY tower. Solid and the kids love it.

It arrived timely. All parts were in the shipment along with instructions. Took one person approx 2 days to assemble. Good quality and very sturdy. Kids love it!

Great play set. However the set up is VERY long, the instructions need to be a bit more intuitive as we originally had the deck piece in the wrong position, did not find out until we were attaching the slide.

A Swing set was ordered from the Store and when we started to put it together discovered that a entire section was missing called Lifetime and they immediately started to get it RIGHT great Company to deal with

We moved this from one location to another and misplaced some of the hardware (bolts). We contacted the company and they shipped us the replacement bolts at no additional cost. Outstanding customer service!

Directions for assembly are not very clear, items are mislabeled. Made assembly more difficult, time consuming and frustrating. We are happy with the product once assembled.
