This was a great purchase! My 16 year old son and his friend got it together in less than 2 days and it's super durable and sturdy! My children all love it! You have to really pay attention to details in the instructions, but as long as you read them it goes together fairly easily and holds up well even with bigger kids.

The kids love this play set!! It was a little intimidating to put together at first because there are so many pieces but in all actuality it wasn't very difficult at all. It took my husband and I about 8 hours on a Sunday to put together. All the pieces & hardware were there & Lifetime even included an extra packet of various screws-which definitely came in handy as a few screws got stripped by the drill. We haven't even had it a week & it's already provided hours of enjoyment for the kiddos. It's made nicely & even better made in the USA. The only setback is that not all pieces are labeled, if they were it would make putting it together a lot faster.

Grandchildren love this. Allow approximately pne day to assemble with more than two adults doing the assembly. DIrections could be more clear with better annotation of similar but different parts. At least one fastener was mislabled and several broke as they were being tightened. There was a bag with an asdortment of extra fasteners included.

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. This product has one of the most thought out and thorough assembly processes that I have ever undertaken. Hardware is conveniently pre-sorted by each major step and the assembly manual walks you through the process from start to finish. Have an issue? No worries, they include an assembly guide on the "Bilt" app that clears up any confusion that you may not be able to gain from the manual. The manual suggests 3 adults and 8 hours of assembly time, I was able to complete it almost completely by myself in about 16 hours over 2 days. l would suggest a helper for assembling the monkey bars and attaching the roof to the adventure tower. Quality of construction is excellent, and holds up to 5 kids playing with it daily. Would highly recommend!

As long as you follow the directions it can be put together by 2 adults. Make sure the ground underneath is flat and level or you will have difficulty getting the holes lined up for the bolts to go through. It was well worth the price and effort because our kids love it!!

Playset is well designed for play, except for the ladder. That is a bit precarious. assembly is a mixed bag. The manual was good most of the time, but lacked some key details that would have made things easier. I had to figure some stuff out on my own. Fortunately, I'm pretty handy, but thise with less construction experience may need to seek help. The videos on Youtube helped too. Some holes don't quite line up and some bolts are way too short. I had to muscle a few things or dip into the extra hardware bag to make something up that would work. Assembly took me about seven hours alone. It might have gone faster if I wasn't alone and it wasn't 20F outside. I would definitely buy this again though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions can be confusing at times. The anchor at the end is horrible. We could not get the metal rod out. It is protruding from the dirt and is a Hazzard. Some of the holes did not match and we had to drill new holes. Other than that the kids are enjoying it.

Purchased this in May 2018. I have 6 grand kids and so far no major problems. The steering wheel bolt broke. Replacement bolts and nuts were ordered and on the way. I could not find the bolts or nuts at any hardware stores. Lifetime replaced the bolts and nuts free of charge. Nice!

This a great play set for our children 1,4&6. The material is good quality and we set it up on the grass. We had to hire somebody to put it together which took 2 people over two days. It seemed too complicated for us, but we are not very handy. I think the kids will enjoy it for years to come. We also ordered a baby swing to replace the trapeze bar. The kids are very happy!
