[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely great customer service, called to customer service multiple times to Ask questions about the playset before purchasing it. We live in a neighborhood with a very strict HOA and wanted to make sure the materials were accepted. We bought Lifetime Adventure Tower with Monkey Bars, easy to assemble and my son loves it. Also Company honors military families, something that is being lost today in our Great Country.

Just finished assembling this set. The parts are well made and heavy duty. As others have commented however, the instructions are sorely lacking. Myself and my mother were able to assemble the entire set without any other assistance, but a the instructions need a few edits and properly labeled parts would have saved us a lot of aggravation. Overall, an excellent piece of equipment!

Really nice, solid playset. My three-year-old was ecstatic to see it and can't get enough of it. We've had it up for 10 weeks and so far we haven't noticed any rust or problems. The swings are especially smooth and quiet. It arrived in a giant crate, earlier than expected. All of the required parts and hardware were present and in good shape. The only tools I think I used were a socket wrench and a drill. Big thing to know; it is time consuming and a little painful to assemble. The instructions are 70 or 80 pages long. I think I spent close to 20 hours on it (I understand that is still probably less effort than needed to assemble a wooden set). But, I was working mostly alone. Also, try hard to resist over tightening the bolts. I wanted to make it really snug and tight. But, sometimes the pipes would bend slightly out of round. I called Lifetime on the phone before I purchased and got good advice on which set would suit my needs and some technical specifics that weren't on the website. Plus, I was given a 10% military discount. Two thumbs up on the purchase experience so far.

Our Grandkids are having a blast on their new playset! They are 6 and 4 years old and they just love it. They have mastered climbing on the rock wall, the slide and the arched ladder. They love the upper tower deck also. They are not quite big enough yet to master the monkey bars on their own but it's a skill they will grow into. I ordered a bucket swing to from another manufacturer to use instead of the second belt swing. It's great for the younger grandchild and toddler visitors. I read all the reviews about the delivery and the assembly and found them most helpful. My husband took everybody at their word that you had to be organized and carefully follow the instructions which could be confusing. He spent the time to prep a work area and lined up someone to help. It really does take three people to put the roof on . . . 2 on the ground and 1 on the upper deck. Handling the monkey bar assembly is infinitely easier when two people are working on it also. I selected this playset specifically because it was NOT wood and because it was a LIFETIME product. Our termites in the South would have destroyed a wooden product in a hurry. We have other LIFETIME products for the grandkids that have weathered the abuse of kids' play so we are looking forward to several years of great outdoor fun with this playset.

They patiently waited on me, a customer, who was full of questions and changed his mind numerous times while making his purchase decisions. I highly recommend buying from them, paying to have them deliver, and have them do the install. I purchased a shed, a oversized patio box, and a play set. Lifetime here offered a wood base for the shed at cost which made it convenient to purchase with the other items. Three installers showed up and had the whole thing installed in short order. The grandkids love everything including grandpas shed which they think as their play house.

We are very happy with this play set! My husband and I put it together in about seven hours. Definitely need at least two people and an electric drill. The instructions were pretty easy to follow, although one of the sets of screws and hardware were mislabeled. Fortunately, the pieces were different enough that we were able to tell which ones to use. We have four kids between ages 13 - infant and they are all enjoying it. We added a climbing rope, baby swing and a saucer swing to it. It is very sturdy, I am not concerned at all about weight limits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the adventure tower monkey bar set. I bought from an online seller not direct and had shipping date pushed closer to Xmas date. The online seller held the package with one of there “shippers”, and they totally ruined the crate and some of the large exterior pieces and slide three days before Xmas. Not lifetimes fault or responsibility at all. I called just to see about cost of parts for the online seller to replace and give a refund for parts. Instead lifetime shipped all new parts immediately for free even though it had nothing at all to do with them. Had the online seller give a discount for the extra work and hassle and for not being done on Xmas too yayyy! Set is built now and is very nice very sturdy even for my 200 lb dad weight. Kids love it. Like having a commercial set in your backyard. Also wanted to note I saw some reviews saying instructions were tricky are not detailed enough. I found zero problems with instructions I thought they were detailed enough, only thing I would say is just pay attention to picture so you know which post is which by the screw holes at the top. There was even scan icons for how to videos on each section I didn't even need to use. Customer service was so quick no hold no hassle that alone is something hard to find now and makes me feel better about the purchase and the future of owning the play set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model several years ago and it has stood up to the elements with no issues. We recently moved cross country and packed it up to go with (our children practically live on this set). The mover unfortunately decided to dismantle the set and subsequently lost some parts. Outstanding job by Lifetime to provide replacement parts at no cost! This is an outstanding company that knows how to treat their customers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly took quite awhile but it's sturdy and going to last a long long time. There aren't any bolts sticking out that can scratch or rust! My kids have played on it everyday!! It's definitely worth the investment!! The extra bolts came in handy too!
