We got the whole lifetime playground set up about a month ago and it's been a huge hit with my three children, ages are two, eight and nine and there's something for everyone. The build quality is wonderful and I think the stuff is in last forever. Highly recommend!

We've had the swingset up for a year now. It took 2 guys, 7 hours, to put together. I don't know how anyone can do it alone. It is EXCELLENT quality and super sturdy. Even adults can swing with no problem. I don't notice any rusting, fading or cracking anywhere. My daughter, and all the neighborhood kids, absolutely love playing on the swingset.

Provided model number to Lifetime customer service, missing part shipped no questions asked. We have a wooden playset before this is much better and less parts to assemble. Great Product.... We had issues with the initial installation tech but LifeTime was GREAT at helping us rectify the issues and had everything fixed up for us very quickly. They were professional, extremely responsive and helpful. This set has already provided a TON of fun for kids ages 3-11.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been almost a year since i assembled it, so now i can give it 5 stars. it was a full day of work to assemble, with helpers (mostly my wife and 12-year old). the kids have a lot of fun on it. we just dumped 8 bags of play sand under the slide and platform, and the kids love that addition.

I bought this play set thinking metal would endure better than wood! I was sorely mistaken! The whole thing is rusting at all the critical joints making it beyond a safety hazard and the warranty conveniently does not cover rust! I live in Kansas so it isn't even like we are an intensely humid climate or overly rainy. Magnificent waste of money and will NEVER purchase from the company again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this swing set for a little over two years now and my son still loves it just the same! This is a great playset. He loves just hanging out in the top of his "castle". I also love that it is big enough for mom and dad to play on it!

We bought this a few months ago and absolutely loved it. But with Covid19 it has been 10x more fun. I had Lifetime assemble it and was well worth the money. It is extremely sturdy and safe. My only complaint is that I wish the the slide had a bit more of a gentle ending. It tends to launch 2 year old off the bottom so we have to catch her everytime.

They love to play on it but it makes me nervous to have the two-year-old climb up the ladder. It's a little bit dangerous for small kids but I think once the kids get a little bit older it will get hours and hours of use. It lasted great through our Utah winter, and we're excited for spring so we can start playing.

No problem I'm thinking, I'm sure I can find them online. NOPE, none of the product ID's (seems to be a different one for each box) are working, the link to help you find the product ID is not working and Customer Service is closed for the holidays. While I am glad the company gave the employees off for the holiday, I am not impressed so far..............
