Our kids LOVE this playset! It gets played on ALL the time. LIKES... The swings and the plastic coated swing chains. Fun climbing wall. The road for playing with cars on the floor on the tower. Love the visually pleasing general aesthetics of this playset. It looks good in the backyard. DISLIKES... The slide is a little fast. The grass in the circle dyes and the kids don't really go in there. ASSEMBLY... Was tricky, especially the roof. And this is coming from a Mechanical Engineer. Two days to assemble, so if you are not mechanically inclined it would be a good idea to pay to have Lifetime assemble it.

So I e mail to customer service. They responded me second day with confirm shipping info. Thank you ! My grandkids love the swing set!

After my Grandchildren"s play set was damaged from Hurricane Irma winds I called to get replacement parts. Cameron at customer service got me the manual to identified the parts and sent it by email. After identifying the parts i required Cameron got me a quote and delivery time for the parts. The whole process was seamless and he promptly placed my order with a e mail confirmation. Great Customer Service!!!!

Really 4.5 stars, a few suggestions before you tackle this. Pay extra close attention when installing the floor and triple check you have the right orientation. This will be evident by the divots on the floor to attach the slide and climbing rails being in the proper locations. The youtube video is a wonderful resource so be sure to utilize it. I put this set together by myself and it took about 20 hours, however there is a step or two where you absolutely need an extra hand. Also lifetime only provides two ground stakes which is not sufficient. Go ahead and get 6 extra to secure every pole to really make the set secure. These really should be included for the price of this set. Also, if you do not have a battery impact wrench go ahead and get one to build this set. The instructions list that a drill is sufficient but the impact wrench is much better for securing nuts and bolts. In the video they use an impact wrench also.

We had to add extra runners in the ladder so as the 2 year old could also use it. The children love climbing up the top to watch the kangaroos grazing in the reserve behind us. The only issue we had is the slide holding heat ..... we live in Queensland Australia. ..... but a shade sail has rectified that.

The set is high quality for residential use. However, as stated several times in the reviews, the directions are difficult to follow at times and it labels the bolts incorrectly. I suggest that Lifetime add an orientation key for the tower's posts. Great play set.....but the installation takes a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this swing set for a little over two years now and my son still loves it just the same! This is a great playset. He loves just hanging out in the top of his "castle". I also love that it is big enough for mom and dad to play on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three years ago. My girls love it and I bought it because metal is supposed to last longer then wood. Some random metal has started to rust like on the swing chains and a small part on a support bar but lifetime has stood behind their product for that reason I am giving it 5! I love lifetime and a company that stands behind their products. I won't buy anywhere else for my outdoor stuff.

We bought this a few months ago and absolutely loved it. But with Covid19 it has been 10x more fun. I had Lifetime assemble it and was well worth the money. It is extremely sturdy and safe. My only complaint is that I wish the the slide had a bit more of a gentle ending. It tends to launch 2 year old off the bottom so we have to catch her everytime.

My kids love this playset. Ages 4 and 9. It is so much better than the wooden playsets. My only issues were the instructions and the ridiculous numbering system for all of the screws, nuts, bolts, etc and that you have to drill holes into some of the metal and plastic pieces. It has taken an entire week for 4 adults to put this playset together. Wish I had paid for the installation.
