We love this playset but do not love how easily it blew across our yard, taking out trees in the process, and narrowly missing our house. It ended in a heap of twisted metal and broken plastic. The wind was minimal at the time and the sandbox immediately adjacent to the playset did not even have the lid blown off. I watched in horror as the whole thing unfolded; a construction worker next door saw it happen too and came running to make sure everyone was okay. Luckily no kids were on the playset at the time! I do not know if I can, in good conscience, recommend a playset that has the potential to do this. The playset weighs a lot, so the design must be faulty in order to create an uplift that can carry something so big.

I notice that the set needs more anchorage parts for the monkey bars and Lifetime send them for free. The best play set ever!!!

First let me say now that it's FINALLY together it's the best swing set. Now to the awful part. When you buy it, pay someone else to deal with the company's horrible packaging and mistakes. First, the boxes and marked 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. Nothing about a 4th piece which is the slide. So when you buy it, insist you get all pieces. The slide is NOT in the 3 boxes. Now open the boxes and instructions. The instructions say things are marked with letters. It would make life so much easier if they were. Only about 10% were marked and they were the parts that were obvious. My husband who assembles things all time, started struggling through it, but we were following directions to a "t". When we got to part of step 3, we realized we were sent two swing poles instead of 1 swing pole and 3 regular poles. It was a nightmare. It was too late to try and take apart so we ended up drilling holes to make it work. The roof didn't fit right but we finally made a way to make it work. Based on that whole experience I wouldn't recommend anything from Lifetime unless it comes with professional installation. Now that it's together, it's solid and we are happy, but not worth the tears we cried or getting injured over fighting to get things to fit.

The play set itself is spectacular! My husband and I put it together over the weekend and a few nights over the week. It was relatively easy to put together...putting the last bolt on for the end of each step was always really difficult, but in the end manageable! It's REALLY important you look at the instructions WELL before you start each step, because you could easily position things in the wrong spot and have to redo it. My biggest complaint is that when screwing the pieces together, the paint was cracking on the metal...and by next morning I could see rust water running down on the set. I think we will have to buy paint to ensure that that the pieces don't rust further. Overall, we're really happy with the sturdiness of the product. I see many years of enjoyment with this equipment.

She plays on it everyday, and enjoys the swings, slide, rock wall, climbing ladder, and the monkey bar, even the tower area is a nice shaded place to play with her toys on a flat surface. I am impressed with the quality and functionality of the play set. I know this playset will last for many years and get tons of use. Definitely worth the price, and ours was assembled and installed professionally in about 4 hours. Very happy with our purchase! Thank you Lifetime Products! :)

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas in 2016. We noticed that one of the swing hooks was rusted. I emailed customer service, sent them a picture of it and they sent me a new one within a week. No problems at all and quick response. My daughter absolutely loves it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Playset over 10 years ago and as foster parents we have had countless amounts of foster children who've enjoyed playing on it. We still have children mention this playground when we run into them out in our community. As a retired police officer and mother I enjoy bringing smiles to the children who came to us with no smiles when they arrived. The only downfall is I wished we could extend this set to add more to it but I haven't seen that as a possibility yet. We were thinking how nice it would be to be able to add the monkey bars and possibly two extra swings. We even thought about a Ninja warrior course because more than probably 100 times our children have us time them as the rush through ever single part of the tower and it's options. It is a super fun experience that we can have in our backyard 😀 thank you Lifetime and if you ever open up the idea to allow owners the options to do add-ons please let us know. Many foster children would enjoy such things. Thank you.

They just sent me new ones at no cost! I can't say enough great things about their products or customer service. If there is a lifetime product out there buy it and you won't be unhappy. They truely appreciate and value their customers.

Took about 30 hours to put it together by myself. I had some issues but nothing that caused me to want to hire someone else to do the job. When I found that I was a few nuts and bolts short to finish the roof (my fault, not their's) I called them and they sent me the extra parts at no charge. Great customer service.

We bought this playset in April. I think it has been played on every day since, and most days for many hours. There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood, and many have a playset, but ours is the most popular. We paid for Lifetime to deliver and install the playset and it was worth it because they had it done in only a couple of hours and it is assembled well.
