[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had ours installed a month ago and we couldn't be happier. That's all our two daughters want to do when they're home - play on the playset! It is extremely sturdy - even an adult can swing on it. It is flexible, too. For instance, we added a baby bucket swing and have that up more than the swinging bar, but when our girls want the swinging bar, it's a snap to switch it out. They love the tower as well. It is their new clubhouse and sit in their camp chairs and do their homework in it. We even got cars for them to play with the "road map" on top of the tower. They look forward to sleeping on top of the tower this summer. I would definitely recommend this playset to anyone.

We bought this play set for our church playground. Heavy duty, great structure. It took a little while for the men in the church to put it together because they ran into the instructions not being correct. Finally we figured out the instructions that was mailed with the play set was old instructions. We got on the phone with customer service and figured out the problem...they email the new instructions to us and we were able to complete it.

I did break a few bolts putting it together, called customer service, and they had more sent out to me. A couple days shipping, but ended up not using them all. Great service overall by everyone I interacted with. It did take a few days to put together.

Day one of assembly is done. Tomorrow we finish with by attaching the plastic parts. Disappointed the QR codes listed for instructional videos pictured in the manual didn't work, nor did typing in the URL. All we got was the Lifetime homepage with options too see/buy more products. Next post after assembly is complete and grandkid tested.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a Play Set from a store that was closing. It was the floor model and when they took it apart they broke the slide. I contacted customer service and they are sending out a new slide at no charge. Can't wait to tell everyone I know.

We bought this for our grandchildren ( 4 of whom live next door to us ) for Christmas . Our son and daughter in law put it together is 9 hours , working as a team . When Matt ( our son ) was finished with a step she had the next one ready for him . They had no problems following the directions and putting this very well made unit together . The kids love it so much and it is so very well made , we purchased the dome climbing set too . Also a tip of the hat to Sam's Club who sold it to us for $1599.00 . Several days after ordering it , on line , it went on sale for $1399.00 and one phone call to Sam's and we received the sale price . Thanks Sam's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an extremely well built product. I was surprised and pleased that the fasteners were button-head socket cap binding posts. These take a little longer to put together but it is very sturdy and safe for the kids. The bolts also have a pre-application of threadlocker which is nice. You definitely need at least 2 adults for putting on the roof and attaching the swing-set supports. Great product, my kids love it! We added Battery-powered LED tap lights up under the green roof peak for the fall when it gets dark early.

Its definitely hard to do by yourself, but an experienced handy man can. However, that's not me, so it took two of us, a couple of hours a day, about five days, due to weather conditions. I have put together a wooden one, and this one was a lot easier to do. My kids absolutely love it.

We had to add extra runners in the ladder so as the 2 year old could also use it. The children love climbing up the top to watch the kangaroos grazing in the reserve behind us. The only issue we had is the slide holding heat ..... we live in Queensland Australia. ..... but a shade sail has rectified that.

Swing set is made of quality materials and appears to be solid. Should get several years out quality use out of it. Assembly is not easy and should not be done alone. It took two men that are handy with this type work about 12 hours to put together. Fasteners were a struggle and we had to make some things work because we were sent the wrong pieces. Overall I do recommend this swing set. Once you get past the assembly stage, everything is great.
