A Swing set was ordered from the Store and when we started to put it together discovered that a entire section was missing called Lifetime and they immediately started to get it RIGHT great Company to deal with

We moved this from one location to another and misplaced some of the hardware (bolts). We contacted the company and they shipped us the replacement bolts at no additional cost. Outstanding customer service!

Directions for assembly are not very clear, items are mislabeled. Made assembly more difficult, time consuming and frustrating. We are happy with the product once assembled.

The play set is amazing and durable. We paid for the installation and it was worth every cent. They delivered it and took all the empty boxes. Jon and the other guy were fast and efficient.

Our new lifetime playset was blown over by the wind, even though we used 2 deep stakes to hold it down. We were able to get replacement parts. It was a simple process and we will buy lifetime in the future.

It's an awesome swingset. It took my husband two afternoons to finish the assembly. It's sturdy and high quality. The kids spend hours and hours playing with it. The delivery was faster than we expected.

Kids love it, and it is sturdy. My husband pretty much put this together himself, he had to have a little bit of help with a couple of areas. He got it done in one weekend.

We put this together.. definately needs two people. My husband tried alone and wasted about a day. We worked all day on it and got it 90% done. He had to go back over a few times due to confusing instructions.
