This is a great play set-I had a wood one before we moved and in 1 year it was looking old. This playset is durable, and built to last. My kids loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this playset for my 7 grandkids and they love it. The playset is made well. I did not put it together but the men that did had it set up in about 5 1/2 hours.

We bought this in March to have it set up for our daughters' March birthdays. It came in a timely manner. Delivery was easy to arrange. We had an installer put it together for us.

Great piece of play equipment, did take a while to assemble and the instruction book left a lot to be desired. Ended up using the videos online instead and it worked out well.

Great for my 8 year old and 6 year old- very solid.. assembly is not easy- it takes 2 people to assemble most steps and sometimes 3... total assembly time was about 12 hours

Good and sturdy swingset and monkey bars. Will not deteriorate like wood. Very happy with whole set. It was a family project (and friends) to put together as it took several hours but well worth it.

We absolutely love the set we ordered. It was on time and my only feedback is to make sure you give yourself plenty of lead time because it is a beast to put together!

We moved this from one location to another and misplaced some of the hardware (bolts). We contacted the company and they shipped us the replacement bolts at no additional cost. Outstanding customer service!

The kids are loving this play set! The only downside is the railing right above the ladder. We just added a pool noodle to prevent head bumps! Overall this is a great product!
