Super Roomie, Lightweight

Very large. Dog loves it. Tho the door may take the dog, some getting used to. I've taken the bottom off for now. It's lite, but thick. The fact this house is insulated is a +. It was simple to assemble, but I do suggest 2 people for the last step-putting the front on. Is recommend this product

Pet happy

Overall good product. Two reasons I didn’t give 5 stars. One of the boxes was pretty banged up when delivered. The sides seem to be slightly warped which I think will straighten out with warmer weather. The bottom hall of the door was broken and would not stay connected. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a new door no questions asked.

Great dog house!

This is a very sturdy, waterproof dog house. The medium is quite large and big enough for a couple of German Shepherds. My little dog could have a party and invite about 10 friends! It was pretty easy to put together although a little tricky lining up the holes to screw it tigether. Love this house!

Insulated dog house

It does keep my dogs warmer than any house I had for them before. I feel they could of used a little more insulation. House goes together easy. but I took it apart about a week later and found water in the bottom where the rear panel installs in the floor.

Pleasantly surprised.

Easy to assemble. Nice color and goes with my house. I like the insulation and the drain hole in the floor. I only wish there was a way to protect the corners from chewing dogs. And I believe it will be a little difficult to clean the interior because the dog door is the only way to access the inside. But it is a very good value for the money. I will be ordering another one soon.

It's a Dog House.

I purchased this dog house to give my dogs a more weatherproof option than the other dog houses available on the market. First thing, this house is not as easy to put together as the video indicates. Yes, it is like a puzzle but all pieces must be correctly cut in order to put together. The roof just did not want to go in the slot as indicated in the video. What a pain. But I did eventually force it-would have been easier if another person was available. The plastic is cheap and this house will not survive an aggressive chewer. I doubt the plastic will tolerate sunlight for several years like my other dog houses. The foam insulation is shredded and settled to the bottom of the walls. The screws are cheap and will rust. The weatherproof caps that came with screws were cracked and of no use. This house is over priced and I wished I paid much less for it. However, my dogs are satisfied with it and prefer it when the weather is wet. Which is exactly why I bought this dog house.

No instructions or hardware. Seriously!

I was so excited about this dog house. I have been feeling beyond guilty about my dogs being out in the cold and I though this would be the solution. It came quickly in 2 big boxes. I started putting it together. Could not find instructions so I went to YouTube. No hardware?????? It just sits in pieces on my floor because I have no screws. I saved up to purchase this 300$ doghouse on a single-Moms income and they send an empty box? I need these screws ASAP. I thought I was alone but apparently this has happened often with this brand at multiple retailers.

Easy to Assemble

It is storng and large enough for our German Shepherd. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because our dog is reluctant to go through the swinging door. I found the instructions simple but easy to miss some critical steps. The roof and wall panels must be pushed together before tighteneing any screws.

Worth the money!

We got this house for a new Boxador puppy so that it can spend most of its time outside. We found it to be a good product. It was easy to put together and does stay much warmer than the outside air. In rainy weather, it stays dry. It is a very large house which would work for a lab or other large dog. No problems with the dog using the door. Only suggestion: add nuts and bolts for the 6 screws. Screwing metal into plastic is not a real good plan. I'm assuming the company will have replacement parts (door, window, etc...) available for my investment!

Nice concept, but has issues with water

We bought this several years ago for our yellow lab, and put a heated pad inside. It worked great for the first 2 years such that even in 20 degree weather the inside of the doghouse would be about 65 degrees. Then we noticed the side panels started bulging outward near the bottom. We didn't think anything of this until after our dog had passed away, and we tried to move it. It was so heavy we could barely lift it! Then we discovered that somehow water had gotten into the side panels of the house and made it too heavy to move. I had noticed that it didn't stay as warm in the winter the last year or so of his life, but didn't follow up. After drilling holes at the bottom of the side panels, water started pouring out. Not sure how the water got inside the panels, but this is a serious design flaw. What was odd was that no mater how hard it rained, water never got inside the house, just into the insulate side panels. All the water eventually affected the insulation and that's why it didn't stay as warm in the winter anymore. Very bummed I didn't figure this out when we first noticed it.
