This is a great house that is extremely easy to assemble - five minutes. We removed half of the door as recommended initially to get the dog used to it. Very durable and sturdy. It was about $60 cheaper, shipped, from Sam’s, than anywhere else.

My husband and I are very pleased with the dog houses we purchased. Our dogs seem to love them once they got used to them and realized that they could go in and out on their own.

I loved my purchase. Have purchased this item before from another vendor, but needed/wanted this exact same item. I found it with Sam's, was really surprised, the price way even better here. Couldn't be happier.

I bought this because of the high ratings online and when I received it, i was very unsatisfied with the quality. I thought for the higher price it would be a solid investment to keep my pup warm in the winter. Basically the “thick walls” are actually 2 very thin pieces of plastic with what looks like crushed up packing peanuts inside. All the walls and the roof are built in this same manner. If your pup is, in anyway a chewer, he will chew right through this one and the insulation would be everywhere. I’m sure it does function as described just do beware that it is cheaply made.

I bought 2 palaces for dogs and wanted before winter. Very nice looking palaces and they compliment my home with matching colors. So easy to assemble! In 20 minutes they were sitting side by side and complete! Made houses vented and took 1/2 doors off so they can go in and out.

Quick easy assembly just eight screws, snaps together then install screws and comes apart as easy for cleaning with power washer well built, we put old carpet on the floor with a 500 watt thermostat controlled 30 inch baseboard heater mounted on the side wall set for 50 degrees when it 10 degrees outside doghouse stays between 47 - 53 degrees works great

This is my second Dog Palace because I added another dog. These are really nice and warm for your dog and you can easily put a heater in them too. I've actually gotten inside of one myself in bitter cold weather to see if it made a big difference. It most definitely does. Highly recommended. The only change I'd recommend is that they add something inside the doorway to help prevent so much hay from gradually coming out with the dogs every time they come out of the house. This is still what you're looking for though and putting it together is pretty easy in my opinion.

Bought this for our 7 month old Pyrador puppy, who has already outgrown one house. It was easy to put together, and the sturdist dog house we've ever seen. Plus being insulated is perfect for a cold Indiana winter. She's huge and still growing and loves it. The first night she slept in front of it despite dog treats inside. Second night was cooler, she decided to check it out so the head and front paws went thru the swinging door first, and after she had stood that way for about 5 minutes, walked all the way in, and has loved it ever since. From the size if it unless she grows as much as Clifford the big red dog, she'll get to enjoy for a lifetime.

It is storng and large enough for our German Shepherd. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because our dog is reluctant to go through the swinging door. I found the instructions simple but easy to miss some critical steps.The roof and wall panels must be pushed together before tighteneing any screws.

I was so excited about this dog house. I have been feeling beyond guilty about my dogs being out in the cold and I though this would be the solution. It came quickly in 2 big boxes. I started putting it together. Could not find instructions so I went to YouTube. No hardware?????? It just sits in pieces on my floor because I have no screws. I saved up to purchase this 300$ doghouse on a single-Moms income and they send an empty box? I need these screws ASAP. I thought I was alone but apparently this has happened often with this brand at multiple retailers.
