Boxes was delivered, received email/text from Handy with time and date for assembly. Thomas arrived and did an exceptional job. My grandkids love their new beds.

The technician was on time and assembled the daybed rather quickly. However, after he left, I noticed that part of the frame support was bent, and one of the wheels on the trundle keeps falling off.

I bought this bad about 3 weeks ago and I love it and the man that put it together his name is Josh he was very sweet and kind and I recommend him 100%

I bought two beds and Mr. Handy services had them up I less then 30 minutes. They left trash in the floor and did not clean up after themselves. Over all they could have worked on customer service and been more friendly.

He was very pleasant and communicative. Came in and went straight to work. Finished much faster than I expected. Cleaned up after himself as well. 5/5. Would recommend.

Very pleased with the service. The Pro was on time, took his shoes off and brought the necessary tools for assembly. He placed the bed where I wanted it and put the sliders under the feet as I asked. I would use this service again.

I bought this to replace my 3 seater sofa which was taking so much space. The frame is more of dark brown and not black. Fortunately, I prefer this color. A pro came over to assemble it. My living room looks more spacious.
