The app said that he was late, but he was actually a few minutes early. The bed that we ordered didn't come with good directions and was sent with a defective leg, but he helped me figure out how to fix the problem and still was able to build the bed. I'm sure that it took him much longer than it should have, and he still helped clean up the mess afterwards. He was very friendly with my children and didn't mind their multiple interruptions. We couldn't have asked for a better handyman.

I must say that I was a little concern based on previous reviews. However, my service pro was the total opposite in the best way. Not only did he arrive on the appointed day, but he arrived 30 minutes earlier. I was so happy about this because most reviews complained about missed appointments. He also took all of the necessary steps to make sure the bed fit properly in the new frame. It was not a rush job and it was done correctly! I am glad I was able to have this great experience with Handy!

I purchased a bed frame, it was not the best of quality, according to my Handy Helper. None the less, he made it work bcuz he was working hard and determined to do a good job. I was rather impressed by his work and the level of intensity and seriousness he had. I would suggest Igor to anyone! He worked hard and with perseverance.

Francisco was amazing! He came in and handled everything single handed (the daybed was way too heavy for me to try and take out of the box myself) He was very efficient and friendly, he didn’t just put it together but tested the fittings to make sure they were secure and did not move on until he was sure they were safe. I’m a bit of a worry wart when entrusting something I use to others, but I KNOW this bed is secure because care was given throughout! Will be using Handys other household services in the future; Thank You So Much

I’m very happy with the handyman he was fantastic!!!!Remember it’s the human customer service that people notice...the product good piece top quality or a piece of junk...that can easily be rectified.However,the customer service is what stands out and ultimately makes the difference.

The best service ever offered, and such a reasonably priced upgrade! I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t opt for this service. They were here on time and had the bed put together within an hour and put exactly where I wanted it. Offered to set up mattresses, too. Broke down all boxes and disposed of trash. Were very kind and efficient!

I thought that my product would be delivered and setup the same day. The service link with dates for the professional is sent a few days after your order is processed. You choose the day and time of delivery. The professional showed up with his mask and book bag of tools. He played a little music for himself that I only heard when I went upstairs to check on the progress. He finished the bed frame assembly in a timely manner, kept a safe distance and said bye when he left. I had a good experience and I will use the service again when I buy my drawer dresser and hopefully have the same good experience.

I bought a full size bed and the handy man came right on in got work and did a great job. I have used handy about three times now and love their work. I will continue to use them also.

So happy I decided to give this service a chance. My handy man put my bed up in less than 30 mins and even arranged it the way I wanted. I will definitely be using you all for your cleaning services as well!

The assembly person, Dustin, through Handy was absolutely fabulous!! Dustin was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I highly recommend working with Dustin!
