I purchased an adjustable bed frame, something I have always wanted but they were too expensive. In this day and age they’re very affordable, so I purchased one and it arrived in many pieces, and being a senior I just didn’t feel that I could put it together on my own. So I asked for help, I only had to wait a week. Mark P was assigned to me at 10:00 AM, he was here even early, only took him an hour to assemble the whole thing, he did a marvelous job. I would definitely go through Handy in the future for help.

I just purchased this bed; I am so glad I bought it I can move the bed easily vacuum under the bed I can even put storage under the bed it’s durable and solid; I am so happy I decided to buy this bed, easy to wipe off and clean thankful, I will have this bed for a long time

I’m very happy with the handyman he was fantastic!!!!Remember it’s the human customer service that people notice...the product good piece top quality or a piece of junk...that can easily be rectified.However,the customer service is what stands out and ultimately makes the difference.

I would rate the handy pro who Assembled my great new bed at 10! No make that a 20! Kudos to the Handy Company for hiring a brilliant, professional and considerate young man like Ryan Abarca. On time no make that early, laid out everything and then stepped back and thought for a moment looking carefully over all of the parts and the directions then quickly went to work and was done in an amazingly short amount of time. The fact that Handy has such talented people working for them makes me consider buying anything that they would need to assemble without a care in the world because I know it will be done superbly. Dylan was GREAT! He did an amazing job, and the communication was great. He was very friendly and professional, and made sure to wear his mask and social distance. I have stage 3 COPD and I need to sleep elevated, my pillows were no longer cutting it for me. So I bought an Twin Size Adjustable Bed and 10" Memory Foam Mattress. Now I don't have to use 2 pillows no more, I only need one. I am now looking forward to a great night sleep and easy breathing. Sweet dreams to me!!!

I must say that I was a little concern based on previous reviews. However, my service pro was the total opposite in the best way. Not only did he arrive on the appointed day, but he arrived 30 minutes earlier. I was so happy about this because most reviews complained about missed appointments. He also took all of the necessary steps to make sure the bed fit properly in the new frame. It was not a rush job and it was done correctly! I am glad I was able to have this great experience with Handy!

I was originally going to try and set this up myself, but decided to try the service option and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman that came did a terrific job. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use this service again.

Christian showed up very prompt. He was extremely professional and had great cabinetry experience which allowed him to work efficiently and very effectively! He got the job done so fast. He also made sure to show me some minor damage that happened during shipping. I will definitely use these guys again.
