I’m very happy with the handyman he was fantastic!!!!Remember it’s the human customer service that people notice...the product good piece top quality or a piece of junk...that can easily be rectified.However,the customer service is what stands out and ultimately makes the difference.

Joseph, My Handy rep was Outstanding....He was on time...took Covid precautions to help keep us safe ... did the installation quickly and professionally and even went above and beyond to make sure our product was working correctly before he left...He even cleaned up some of the items that had nothing to do with his job...I would highly recommend Joseph, and the entire Handy team for any job around the house... They will get it done right...the first time...

Christian showed up very prompt. He was extremely professional and had great cabinetry experience which allowed him to work efficiently and very effectively! He got the job done so fast. He also made sure to show me some minor damage that happened during shipping. I will definitely use these guys again.

I have stage 3 COPD and I need to sleep elevated, my pillows were no longer cutting it for me. So I bought an Twin Size Adjustable Bed and 10" Memory Foam Mattress. Now I don't have to use 2 pillows no more, I only need one. I am now looking forward to a great night sleep and easy breathing. Sweet dreams to me!!!

I purchased a bed frame, it was not the best of quality, according to my Handy Helper. None the less, he made it work bcuz he was working hard and determined to do a good job. I was rather impressed by his work and the level of intensity and seriousness he had. I would suggest Igor to anyone! He worked hard and with perseverance.

Bought 3 beds and 3 different workers came to fix them. The first 2 completed the job with no problem but the 3rd came in 30 minutes late and left because he said he couldn't complete the job. He also left all the pieces of the bed scattered around my kids room. I was very upset

Our assembler Don arrived just before his appointed time.He gave us a friendly greeting and told us he was new with Handy and began his job. He completed it in about 1and half hours. He asked me to inspect his job and offered to take out the boxes and other debris. He asked if there was anything else he could do for us before he left. Muy husband and I were initially very apprehensive about using the Angie App and having a complete stranger come to our house as we've heard not so good experiences with very sketchy characters. We took the chance and had a bed frame with head board assembled a couple of months ago. Alberto was on time, prepared with his tools, very professional, friendly, he worked very fast, very experienced, organize, left everything clean, perfectly assembled %26 flawless. We highly recommend him!

Bought a full size white wooden bed with trundle and it’s very nice! Sturdy! The only thing I don’t really like is that because it’s a trundle, the wooden support beams that usually are placed center are off to the side leaving majority of the bed unsupported. Anyway, the order was delivered in less than a week and the Handy delivery service was awesome! The Handy worker showed up earlier than expected and was very thorough with the set up. He broke down all the boxes and put them in recycle and he really took his time.

First guy that came out, was NOT concerned about customer service. 2nd guy, he was, but there was nothing he could do because the maker hadn't sent all the parts to me. Once I recieved all the parts, scheduled the 3rd guy to come out. The only thing I'd probably recommend is sending people who actually know about the product/is an honest Handy man with 'EXTRA' frequently needed screws/bolts... Ex: no assembly instructions, but they can still get it done with no problems.
