The guy who assembled my queen sized floating bed frame was very friendly and even set up my new mattress as well after he was done, and he left me the instructions, which i didnt have to begin with and the guy got my bed together, he definitely deserves a raise or a bonus

I didn't like the time that was scheduled for me. 7pm in the evening. However, the installer about 2 hours before to see if he could actually come earlier and it was right on time because I was just in the middle of looking at the appointment reminder and wishing it was earlier. So he was able to reschedule 45 minutes earlier and was right on time! And was the kindest young man. And finished sooner than the estimated time. Assembly was perfectly done! And he left no mess. The estimated time allowed was 1 1/2 hours, he was done in about an hour or a little bit less than.

installation purchased. it was through ANGIE'S. two bed frames installed. As installer was leaving I asked if they worked... installer reply "I don't know I just put them together I don't work with electricity! besides they did not provide batteries for the remotes (2 frames ordered) I provided batteries and only one bed worked. the ANGIE'S installer left. UPON READING THE MANUAL I SAW THAT THE FRAMES MUST BE PAIRED WITH THE REMOTES. I PURCHASED THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE I AM NOT SAVY WITH TECHNICAL SKILLS. again the reason I purchase the installation. I shouldn't have to say but I will that the installation by Angie's should have been tested by the installer to avoid all this grief with the bed frame not working. ALSO purchased on the same order a set of bed rails. which they came to install before the bedframes were here. Walmart I realize this is not your fault but Angie's and the seller of the frames. I am extremely happy with your customer service techs as they go out of their way to make things RIGHT! Thank you!

So far a very easy and simple process Angi professional schedules as the shipment is moving thru, as well as adjustable bed so many moving parts so professional assembly along with 4 yr Allstate protection plan to sleep sound and experience refreshing comfort

Never connected with installation people and want a refund. My niece, nephew and 3 colle age grand nephews made this a family project. The directions were horribly confusing and fortunately I had Allen wrenches in various dimensions. It took four hours to put together

But the appointment for the ASSEMBLY of the item (a platform bed) was canceled at the last minute, resulting in a major inconvenience to me. Having received a phone call from the ANGI's “assembly guy” confirming my appointment on October 29, I waited around all day for the guy, well into the evening and he never showed up and did not call to cancel. I later checked my email box and found that the appointment had been canceled without a phone call, and was nonchalantly rescheduled for two days later. Had he at least provided me with the courtesy of a phone call earlier in the day, I wouldn't have sat waiting, and could have intercepted the delivery of my Sealy mattress from Amazon, since the Amazon delivery also included in “assembler“ to unpack the mattress and place it on my new bed. But since I did not get advanced notice of the Walmart cancellation, I accepted delivery of a mattress, which is now leaning up agains a wall. Never again,Walmart!

Definitely wont recommend Angi, canceled twice on me. third i canceled still waiting on my refund of $72
