They kept rescheduling and canceling so I built the bed myself and got my refund they were not as advertised

The worker came on time, brought all the needed tools to assemble with him. He was friendly and did not leave any dirt or packaging behind.

They cancelled assembly twice. No handyman in SW Michigan evidently. I finally cancelled the request and put it together myself.
