The guy was so fast at assembling my bed frame. He wore a mask too. He also cleaned up his mess when he finished (sweep and threw it out). He respected the house rules (no shoes in the house) too!!! He was great!

Great, courteous and friendly my bed frame and headboard are beautiful! Well pleased with Angi services. This is my first experience with Angi but it will NOT be my last.

The assembly was scheduled for a day after delivery, in the late evening. I needed the furniture assembled earlier. I therefore had to cancel the service and assemble myself. Couldn’t receive a refund for the cancellation.

The person that came out was very nice and professional, he removed the box and everything after even offered to take one of my other boxes to the trash. I am very pleased with him

They cannot hold appointments the pros and the customer service don’t want to help you only do a policy I would watch what you buy otherwise you’ll end up regretting the decision

The appt was set, guy came was very professional and he had the bed put together within an hour and he even offered to help me put my heavy mattress on my bed

The assembly on my item was rescheduled 6 times. That is a huge, repetitive inconvenience. We decided to return the item and accessories and not order anything else. Extremely disappointed. And still waiting on the refund of initial item.

I LIKED USING ANGI TO ASSEMBLE MY BOX SPRING BECAUSE THE SERVICEMAN CAME ON TIME AND IN LITTLE TO NO TIME, THE BOX SPRING WAS ASSEMBLED......HE EVEN OPENED THE MATTRESS , PLACED ATOP THE BOX SPRING.....VERY PLEASED!!

This bed frame does not fit a queen mattress. I followed the directions on the very small, and poorly written instructions. There are no online tutorials for the i-3976B. This has been a nightmare!
