Never sent any type of email or call to say they were coming. We were moving so not home at the moment so they didn’t assemble but also haven’t gotten a refund for the assembly fee. Also pieces were mislabeled

I would say don’t pay for this I paid for it and nobody came they kept rescheduling so I just asked for my money back that took a week and did it myself

I Have Paid For Installation and Attempted to Reach The Installer However The Phone Is Not A Good Working Number - They Should Have Called Us By Now To Confirm The Date and Time Just As Common Courtesy

one star is too high. The installer basically destroyed the product. There are a number of stripped bolts that can't be reused. One bolt he chiseled the head off of. I need to disassemble to move it downstairs and it is wrecked.

Assembler was efficient. My bed came out sturdy so he did a great job following instructions putting the frame together. I had to work that day from home, he wasnt too noisy and was very pleasant and patient.

Both of my beds were suppose to be assembled but there was miscommunication so only one was done. But they sent someone to assemble the other one later. But overall did well

Although the handyman was 15minutes late. He was friendly and fast. The set up was a smooth process. Communication between scheduling and myself was great.

the individual who came to assemble the bed frame was very knowledgeable, neat in his work environment and very polite taking extra time to help remove old bed frame and box spring....

I was only given the service provider after the time was delivered to the wrong address. Now I am paying for service that I never received and I couldn’t cancel- thought Walmart would cancel knowing they sent my package to the wrong address.

The gentleman who assembled my bed works very concisely and quickly, and was very courteous and did a thorough job. I was very pleased with the outcome.
