it was so much easier to have a qualified Walmart assembler do it. its the first time I had paid them to assemble a product and Im glad I did because the bed frame was heavy and cumbersome..

the bed frame was three days late. The installer showed up as directed. He said, " you will have to figure it out, I get paid whether I do the work or not." I had to put it together and I want a refund as I paid for a service that I never received.

The guy came over an hour late. Didnt call or anything. He seemed to assemble it to function but didnt follow the directions and had leftover screws. He also left a big mess with the foam that was inside the packaging.

No one ever came! The person first called to say they’d be late. Then they called saying they were having car troubles. Now I’m waiting 5-10 business days for a refund!

The guy that came to put my bed together was great. Very polite, and nice. He really helped me out, took my mattress out of the box and put it on my bed. We took all the boxes and garbage to the dumpster. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

what I dislike was when they said I still owe and I already paid already so how can I owe something and I already paid to pay for their service but everything was good because he did a great job

I was very well pleased, and this young couple people they were so sweet and pleasant. They even took the box to the street for me absolutely wonderful, definitely positively recommend them!

The contracted person who cdd as me to out my daybed together was on time and took care of everything! Was completed within an hour! Very professional and honest.

We got a bed frame and he finished the service in 3hours, he also unboxed and placed our mattresses into the frame when that part wasn’t included in the order so he didn’t have to do that, but it was very much appreciated!

Can you please contact me so we can actually put the bed frame together. I paid for the assembly charge and I’m trying to get this scheduled but nobody knows what I’m talking about.???
