Please refund set up charge. Box was left in driveway, labels were left on all frame pieces, and headboard was installed backwards with hardware on inside-dangerous! I will now have to hire someone to correctly assemble. This makes me furious as I also tipped him!

i will NEVER pay for any of these services again. i was supposed to have someone assemble a bed frame on Nov 5. Nobody came. After i removed my other bed and preped the room Nobody showed up or got in contact with me, which put my daughters and myself out of a bedroom or bed to sleep on. Two days later i paid another large amount to have my neighbor assemble it. That noght on the 7th i received an email stating someone will be here the next morning, they never showed up either, days later on Saturday i get a call saying they are on the way. Well dont worry about it now!! I do not recommend these services to anyone and i want my $72. back for a service i NEVER received!!!!!!!!

I ordered a queen size bed frame for my disabled Vet brother. The bed frame was elaborate with compartments and led head board and storage draws connected to the foot board. The service was prompt and my brother was so impressed with the tech. He said he thought he could to it until he saw the guy with all the electric tools that zipped along in a zippy. My brother is not easy to impress. So, the guy must have been superman.

Jim was amazing. He was quick, friendly and respectful. Was a little nervous about having someone come to put together the bed frame I purchased, and was very relieved with how things went. If I ever have to use this service again I really hope that I either get Jim again. Definitely worth the piece of mind that your furniture was put together correctly.

The bed had 2 defective legs. The assembler arrived hours late with lots of excuses about being over-worked. The bed arrived a week too early. I ordered it with a much later date and it took up space when it arrived. Overall I would never buy another large item from Walmart again. The retune process went very well, but the inconvenience was too much. I still don't have a bed after all that trouble.

They never showed for the first appointment. I got a text 4 minutes before the scheduled arrival informing me. They rescheduled next appointment for 9:00 PM on a Saturday. I didn’t notice the appointment was at night, when I called Saturday AM to find out where their assembler was I was informed he’d arrive 9:00 PM. No thanks. I cancelled and assembled the daybed on my own. I’ll never use Handy again.

It's supposed to be a platform bed which he must've reversed it and he left without taking any of the garbage with him so it's still sitting in my hallway and my bed is about 8 inches off the floor. I have to buy a whole new bed because I can't afford to have it taken apart and thrown in the garbage and I need a bed. I can sleep in sooner than later so I ordered a new set white glove service from Flanigan and I know it'll be done right set up my bedframe did it completely wrong? I couldn’t believe when he told he he was finished it was so quick and quiet, very sturdy well put together, no messy clean up, he asked where I would like the bed frame was very professional,Friendly personality,very respectful of property. I am overall pleased with the outcome.

The company sent me confirmation mails every day for 3 days including one at 10:45am to ensure I’d be there on agreed day 1/4/25 at noon. At 12:27pm I got an email that they were backlogged %26 would reschedule. Called %26 emailed but couldn’t get through to Aldi. Finally reached a human on 1/10/25 who said technician came early, no one was there. Very UNTRUE. I been waiting from 10am %26 received groceries from Walmart before noon. I had 2 witnesses in house with me. Asked for a refund. Told refund would go to Walmart in 10 days . Walmart tells me Angi will refund me $72. I’m patiently waiting for my refund! Very DISSATISFIED

He never showed up to assemble the bed on Friday and I had a guest coming. He drove by my place to show Angi he was there and clicked that the job was done. Angi couldn’t get anyone here until today, two days later. Still waiting for him. I will never use Walmart and Angi for assembly again because there is no way to get support.
