My pro never showed, when asked for a refund instead of rescheduling (only day I had available) I went through three different people and they were rude and unprofessional. This was a headache of a process. Finally, I was told I would get a full refund… I have yet to receive one. Take my advice put the bed together yourself…. It looks overwhelming, but watch the YouTube video, it’s pretty easy. Do not use Angi, save your money, and yourself a unnecessary headache.

I'm still waiting for the assembly. Last week, one guy came out for the assembly. Assuming that the service came with the take down and haul away of the old bed. The guy told me they don't take the bed down and walked out, leaving the front door wide open.

I never received instructions on how to set up an appointment and yet a young man appeared at my door to put the bed together but unfortunately it hadn't been delivered yet. I left instructions to call me before he arrived so that would give me an opportunity to get the dogs outside and he didn't do that he showed up right in front of my house. it was very disturbing. he was less than smart and wanted me to cancel my Walmart order and pay him cash. I was very unhappy with this service

I put my on bed together some person came later to my house to put my rail together no one said this I thought this was so misleading I thought its down and sent to me already together such a miscommunication $72 charged for something more simple then I thought highway robbery

They are exceptional to communicate with. They do a quick job assembling the products if it’s in the order. I love shopping %26 Walmart is my number one to go to. Free shipping, you can’t go wrong. Easy returns if not to your liking, but that has not happened to me personally, but I have heard.

John was right on time and went right to work putting the bed together. Clean, respectful and knew what he was doing. Cleaned everything up and put packaging into the recycle. Problem though with one of the legs. We didn't notice it until just after he left. The leg doesn't sit straight on one of the corners. He said he would come back and fix it the next day but hasn't shown yet.

I couldn’t believe when he told he he was finished it was so quick and quiet, very sturdy well put together, no messy clean up, he asked where I would like the bed frame was very professional,Friendly personality,very respectful of property. I am overall pleased with the outcome.

He stated he was running behind and would reach out when he was near . 4clock pass and at 5pm I reach out he said it would be at 6pm .. I then stated do I need to reschedule.. he it that to late .. I had to be at work by 6pm .. took the late shift to have this done .. So no I'm very disappointed...

He was very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly satisfied!!
