Do not do it! The job was done, however the person tried to get extra money by saying he needed 6 hours to assemble a twin day bed frame. To top it off, items were stolen from my home. Once the incident was reported, they took things very lightly and NOTHING was done . I wouldn’t recommend using Angi!

Excellent contractor. Did the work of two persons, quickly and expertly assembled the bedframe and placed it inside the siderails of an antique four poster bed where it perfectly fit. Never thought I could afford an Angi contractor, so it was nice to see this service bundled with the price of the bedframe itself. Very pleased with contractor, who was respectful of my home and placed the mattress on the bedframe after it was assembled and showed me how the remote worked. It's always good to know that the device works perfectly after installation.

I ordered a queen size bed frame for my disabled Vet brother. The bed frame was elaborate with compartments and led head board and storage draws connected to the foot board. The service was prompt and my brother was so impressed with the tech. He said he thought he could to it until he saw the guy with all the electric tools that zipped along in a zippy. My brother is not easy to impress. So, the guy must have been superman.

My pro never showed, when asked for a refund instead of rescheduling (only day I had available) I went through three different people and they were rude and unprofessional. This was a headache of a process. Finally, I was told I would get a full refund… I have yet to receive one. Take my advice put the bed together yourself…. It looks overwhelming, but watch the YouTube video, it’s pretty easy. Do not use Angi, save your money, and yourself a unnecessary headache.

This guy so Justin did good as far as the work goes. Bed looks%26feels good! Conversation %26 other things he could do better with. Be professional,positive%26enthusiastic sir. It's not a dating service. Some questions %26 things shouldn't of been said.

No-call, no-show. Couldn’t reach person responsible for assembly by phone, chat or text (neither could Angi), assembler lied and said they were at my home completing the job when they never arrived. I have since been refunded and put the bed frame together myself. Walmart should discontinue partnership with this fraudulent company immediately.

Please refund set up charge. Box was left in driveway, labels were left on all frame pieces, and headboard was installed backwards with hardware on inside-dangerous! I will now have to hire someone to correctly assemble. This makes me furious as I also tipped him!

totally worthless. Made an appointment Saturday at 3:00 p.m. ... they scheduled this a week after receiving merchandise. Stayed home from vacation for this and 15 minutes before they were to come, they send a text that they have to reschedule for a week later. NEVER again... My son and I put it together with ease.

Very Bad service. The pro could not make it to 2 hrs from appointment time and I never got any notification about it until finally called the Angi service to intervene to find out pro wasn’t available to come. What is the meaning of appointment? At least a notification from Angi would have worked. Cancelled my appointment after this and never will use your service again.

Horrible service guy cancelled my appointment because he was running 20 mins late and I called him he stated he’s sluggish because he got in a car accident so he got mad cause I asked him what time he would be here my appointment was at 1 he said he will be here in a hour %26 the half. So I said that wasn’t the time of my appointment that was scheduled he hung up the phone and canceled my assemble called trying to get a different pro to come out the same day they couldn’t satisfy me so I got a refund and asked a family member. Angi is very unprofessional never will get anything else assemble with them
