this young man, Marie , was speedy and fast. he was assigned to build a steel bed frame, then inset my electric bed into it for more stability. he said it won't need the support straps on the bed frame. so l am sure they put them in the box ,? so for that reason , I give him 3 stars because he knows better than the designer. since this bed was designed for supporting anvelectric bed. Now as for Angi app, the communication between the angi app and handy person is very bad. he was to arrive at 10 am, but did not return any of our messages unti 630pm. So I had to wait all day. and he gave excuses why he was late, saying; other job took longer. I wont use Angi again. Angi stars 1. he left the box of support bars under the bed in a box.

I called Angi's List an hour and a half before 4:00 when the gentleman was supposed to be here. He told the representative that he would be late. I sat down in the lobby on my walker until 4:20. I called 5 minutes before 6:00 pm to see what had happened. Carlos, the gentleman to put my bed together, said he came by and could not reach me. Walmart is good for the most part, however, contracting with Angi's list is not a wise move at all. This is the second someone from Angi's list, has tried to pull a fast one!

The Angi assembly for the bed frame is ridiculous. Cancelled 30 minutes before the professional was supposed to show. And Automatically rescheduled for 3 days later. No attention to the people who scheduled their day around the appointment and were waiting.

The guy that set up my bedframe did it completely wrong? It's supposed to be a platform bed which he must've reversed it and he left without taking any of the garbage with him so it's still sitting in my hallway and my bed is about 8 inches off the floor. I have to buy a whole new bed because I can't afford to have it taken apart and thrown in the garbage and I need a bed. I can sleep in sooner than later so I ordered a new set white glove service from Flanigan and I know it'll be done right set up my bedframe did it completely wrong? Assembly was scheduled for 10:00a with Angi Services, and 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time I received a text message saying it had to be rescheduled because they couldn’t find anyone to do the assembly. Very disappointed with this service. Will not be using them because it is not guaranteed service.

I ordered a queen size bed frame for my disabled Vet brother. The bed frame was elaborate with compartments and led head board and storage draws connected to the foot board. The service was prompt and my brother was so impressed with the tech. He said he thought he could to it until he saw the guy with all the electric tools that zipped along in a zippy. My brother is not easy to impress. So, the guy must have been superman.

After being canceled and rescheduled multiple times on the day of I still ended up waiting hours as if they were going to come.I ended up putting it up myself. Later in the day I was contacted and told they needed to reschedule again! I already had the bed up and canceled the help a few days later! Absolutely ridiculous!

Please refund set up charge. Box was left in driveway, labels were left on all frame pieces, and headboard was installed backwards with hardware on inside-dangerous! I will now have to hire someone to correctly assemble. This makes me furious as I also tipped him!

He was very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly satisfied!!
