The company sent me confirmation mails every day for 3 days including one at 10:45am to ensure I’d be there on agreed day 1/4/25 at noon. At 12:27pm I got an email that they were backlogged %26 would reschedule. Called %26 emailed but couldn’t get through to Aldi. Finally reached a human on 1/10/25 who said technician came early, no one was there. Very UNTRUE. I been waiting from 10am %26 received groceries from Walmart before noon. I had 2 witnesses in house with me. Asked for a refund. Told refund would go to Walmart in 10 days . Walmart tells me Angi will refund me $72. I’m patiently waiting for my refund! Very DISSATISFIED

The bed had 2 defective legs. The assembler arrived hours late with lots of excuses about being over-worked. The bed arrived a week too early. I ordered it with a much later date and it took up space when it arrived. Overall I would never buy another large item from Walmart again. The retune process went very well, but the inconvenience was too much. I still don't have a bed after all that trouble.

He never showed up to assemble the bed on Friday and I had a guest coming. He drove by my place to show Angi he was there and clicked that the job was done. Angi couldn’t get anyone here until today, two days later. Still waiting for him. I will never use Walmart and Angi for assembly again because there is no way to get support.

Contractor left all the trash scattered around the room. I nearly stepped on a screw lying on the floor. Then found an unopened pack of lock washers amongst the trash. The bedframe broke as I went to lay down. Faulty construction or was it not assembled correctly. Contractor was on his phone entire time, either taking or making calls.

They never showed for the first appointment. I got a text 4 minutes before the scheduled arrival informing me. They rescheduled next appointment for 9:00 PM on a Saturday. I didn’t notice the appointment was at night, when I called Saturday AM to find out where their assembler was I was informed he’d arrive 9:00 PM. No thanks. I cancelled and assembled the daybed on my own. I’ll never use Handy again.

Very, very, very disappointed with this service. Handyman arrived but stated he was only told to complete 1-bed. Although, I purchased 2-bedframes and 2-assembly services. I was overcharged for 4-assembly services. Waiting for my refund -requested refund 2-times so far. Had to hire an associate to assemble the 2nd bedframe and pay him. I will Not use this service again. Love Walmart but disappointed with this assemby service.

The Handy bed assembly service does not pay for the bed to be put together. The assembler comes to your house, tells you there's a problem and that he is not paid to put a bed together. But while he's there talking and doing nothing you are being charged and if he's there 15 minutes you don't get your money back. It's quite a racket. Do not pay for this service! Your just giving the company money for nothing!!!!!

I put my on bed together some person came later to my house to put my rail together no one said this I thought this was so misleading I thought its down and sent to me already together such a miscommunication $72 charged for something more simple then I thought highway robbery

The bedframe set-up was well organized from the purchase of the bed %26 the set-up being added on. Shortly we were contacted by Angi to assign a worker for the job. We communicated with that worker %26 confirmed the date %26 hour through the Angi App. The worker was punctual, clean, organized and efficient. Very professional.

totally worthless. Made an appointment Saturday at 3:00 p.m. ... they scheduled this a week after receiving merchandise. Stayed home from vacation for this and 15 minutes before they were to come, they send a text that they have to reschedule for a week later. NEVER again... My son and I put it together with ease.
