Thomas did our electric bed frame installation and build, that I bought through Walmart that was subed out to Angi for my install. Thomas was conscientious, cared, and just a sweet individual, very trustworthy, hard-working. And was in and out in a snap. Thomas tested everything and gave extra help as needed. Just a wonderful experience. we will request him when he's in our area again. if Thomas, you get this message, thank you. Best service in a long time that i've received.

Absolutely Never Again

I’ve decided I will never pay for an assembler to come over again! I believe that if I’m expecting an order, the assembler should be available the same day or the next—not leave me waiting 3 to 4 days to set it up. That really upset me because I already had to wait for the product itself, and then I had to wait even longer for someone to put it together. No Thank you

The bed had 2 defective legs. The assembler arrived hours late with lots of excuses about being over-worked. The bed arrived a week too early. I ordered it with a much later date and it took up space when it arrived. Overall I would never buy another large item from Walmart again. The retune process went very well, but the inconvenience was too much. I still don't have a bed after all that trouble.

Through Walmart Plus,I bought a bed and assembly.Angi canceled twice and on third scheduling canceled again saying they didn't have anyone in the area that could do it and would refund my money. If I'd known this, I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old bed for a bed I'm physically unable to put together. To top it off, I also ordered a new mattress. I NEED HELP 😫 Why did Angi take my order than have me wait for them 3 times before saying they couldn't help 😒 Now, I'm still sleeping on my couch with a heavy bed in a box that I physically CANNOT put together and a new mattress that does me no good without the bed. I don't think I will DEPEND on Any assembly again 😕 I'm So SORRY I feel that way, 😢 but I thought this was a sure deal when I ordered all this stuff. I would have never ordered it if I'd known!! Assembly was scheduled for 10:00a with Angi Services, and 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time I received a text message saying it had to be rescheduled because they couldn’t find anyone to do the assembly. Very disappointed with this service. Will not be using them because it is not guaranteed service.

totally worthless. Made an appointment Saturday at 3:00 p.m. ... they scheduled this a week after receiving merchandise. Stayed home from vacation for this and 15 minutes before they were to come, they send a text that they have to reschedule for a week later. NEVER again... My son and I put it together with ease.

After being canceled and rescheduled multiple times on the day of I still ended up waiting hours as if they were going to come.I ended up putting it up myself. Later in the day I was contacted and told they needed to reschedule again! I already had the bed up and canceled the help a few days later! Absolutely ridiculous!

Overcharged %26 Handyman did Not complete the job

Very, very, very disappointed with this service. Handyman arrived but stated he was only told to complete 1-bed. Although, I purchased 2-bedframes and 2-assembly services. I was overcharged for 4-assembly services. Waiting for my refund -requested refund 2-times so far. Had to hire an associate to assemble the 2nd bedframe and pay him. I will Not use this service again. Love Walmart but disappointed with this assemby service.

Assigned an Assembler Who Doesn't Know How To....

(Photos Attached). The worker who was arranged to assemble my bedframe together didn't know how to put some of the parts together, so i tried to help get him started. He still didn't finish even half of the project. The worker had left it inconplete and asked for more money $$. I said i had already pre-paid for this service, and then he left. The end result is of me having to still sleep out on the couch, an incomplete bedframe, and I was ripped off of $78! Also, the phone number to Walmart's 3rd party home furniture assembly services, in which the customer service agent had given to me, is OUT-OF-SERVICE %26 DOESN'T EVEN work at all!
